Pros: Location , location ,location !!! Close to the beach, the center, park , restaurants. There is everything you need in the apartament! There is an access to the garden. The owner is very kind and helpful .

Pros: Great apartment 50 m from the beach, a walking distance from the local shops, quiet and peaceful place, a very kind owner! I was very impressed especially of the price of the studio. I will definitely visit it again! I highly recommend it 😊 Well deserved 5 stars ⭐

Pros: The host is very responsive. Lots of little touches like a big bottle of water in the fridge was nice. Water pressure was the best in Europe. It's quiet and the location is very good. Minutes to beach, port, train/bus, restaurants.

Cons: Bed could be upgraded, but still good.

Pros: Everything was perfect - location is right to the sea, it's quiet, the room and kitchen has all amenities and is spacious enough for a person/couple. It exceeded my expectations and is great value for the money. The host was very kind and helpful.

СПОКОЙСТВИЕ ВЪТРЕ С ЖИВОТ ОТВЪН

Pros: Няма закуска и това е много добре, но има условия да си я приготвиш, а при желание и обяд, и вечеря. Местонахождението е от най-добрите в града, на тиха улица със стари реставрирани къщи от едната страна и началото на Морската градина на отсрещната й страна. Стаята с кухненски бокс е в къща с двора на втора линия. Затревен двор с масички и котки, като дори тихата улица не се чува. Адресът е на 3 мин от Пристанищен комплекс Бургас в отворената му за посетители част със заведения и хотели. Освен за почивка, престоят ми бе свързан и с малко работа в НХА – Филиал Бургас, разположен в пристанището. На 1 мин от стаята е един от най-популярните в Бургас ресторанти „Златна рибка“. Пребивавах за втори път в същата стая и по същото време, както и преди година. Не срещнах хора в двора, дори от другите почиващи, само чувах стъпките им понякога.

Cons: Че престоят ми приключи.

Sehr zentral, immer wieder

Pros: Das Apartment liegt sehr gut, nicht weit zum Strand, nicht weit in das Zentrum oder in den Park. Der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen sind auch nicht weit. Es war schön ruhig und wir konnten prima schlafen.

Pros: Sehr zu empfehlen! Alles so wie auf dem Bild. Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig mit Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten. Man hat alles was man braucht-Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Fön, usw. Top Lage-Strand über die Straße. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
