Pros: Централна локация, паркинг на място - в двора. Легло 160 см., което е на ръба на ОК (за размер - за двама възрастни), но пък матракът беше ОК за нас. Кухня с всичко необходимо + 5 дози кафе комплимент. Ние, като цяло, останахме доволни. Благодарим.

Cons: В банята мирише от канал или от вентилация. Няма мрежа за комари.

Pros: Die Lage ist gut, ob zum Strand, zur Meile, zum Markt, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Gundstück ist ruhig in einer Nebenstraße gelegen und rundherum eingezäunt und abgeschlossen. Autos können sicher auf dem Grundstück parken. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.

Cons: Ein kleines Sofa wäre wünschenswert gewesen, um nicht immer am Tisch oder auf dem Bett sitzen zu müssen. Spülmittel, Handseife sollten vor Mieterwechsel voll aufgefüllt werden, ein Geschirrtuch haben wir vermisst, sowie Mülltüten und ein paar mehr stabile Kleiderbügel im Schrank. Ein defekter Duschkopf wurde kurzerhand gewechselt. Der Abfluss in der Spüle ist stark verstopft. Das Grundstück ist etwas ungepflegt.

Pros: Отлична локация, намира се на крачки от пешеходни зони и на няколко минути от пристанището и морската градина. Наличието на паркомясто е най-хубавото нещо в центъра. Апартамента е чист и има всичко необходимо.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral, alles war gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war auch sehr gut

Почивка, която бих повторил.

Pros: Прекрасно разположение в центъра на града, на 5 минути ходене от хотел Черно Море и 7-8от морската градина. Осигурено място за автомобил(нещо безценно за Варна през последните години). Чист, спретнат и напълно оборудван апартамент. Хората дори се бяха постарали да оставят, сол,захар, олио, кафе, прах за пране, подправки, което ми създаде много добро впечатление.

Cons: Тъй като студиото е на първи етаж е малко по-влажно и има една специфична миризма на влага и трябваше да се проветрява постоянно(климатикът не изсушава достатъчно въздуха на функция Dry, когато духа студено). Лошото беше, че прозорците и врататата нямаха комарници, а където и да отида всички буболечки разбират, че съм пристигнал и идват да ме хапят(репелентите не ги гонят).
