Super good location and a new, modern apartment on the 5th floor

Pros: Very good location in the Odessos city center, new house, new apartment, undeground parking, very nice design, 3 terraces. The apartment is also very well equipped, it basically has all you may need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: there was a smell in the bathroom (the drainage hole in the floor got dry, so it was easy to get fixed) and some issues with the shower drain (I guess it needs to be cleaned). Also the mattress was sort of weird: it has some external incline, so it was a bit uncomfortable to feel that you risk fall off the bed. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Pros: This is the best apartment I have ever rented. Super location, 6-8 min walk to any central restaurant, 8 min walk to the beach. Super renovations, special kudos for the balcony! Will definitely come back here more than once!

Pros: В апартаментах чисто, очень уютно и комфортно, есть все необходимое , мы останавливаемся второй раз так как это лучшие апартаменты в которых мы бывали.

Pros: Красивая уютная квартира с современным дизайнерским ремонтом. В новом доме с паркингом. Идеальная чистота, комфортная кровать для сна и диван для чтения и просмотра телевизора, оборудованная всем необходимым для проживания. Много приятных бонусов . Расположена в историческом центре. В пешей доступности городской парк и набережная. Оперный театр и знаменитый Успенский собор. Отличная коммуникабельная хозяйка. Рекомендую. Я останавливалась в этой квартире дважды , каждый раз более 20 дней.
