Pros: Very nice clean apartment with everything you need. Excellent location: +-15 minutes drive from the airport, 10-minute walk to the city center and 5-10 minuts to the sea, depending on which part of the beach you choose. Contactless check-in and check-out is very convenient especially when you arrive and depart at night. The owners of the apartment are very nice people and were available to answer all questions. I recommend staying here if you are traveling to Varna.
Cons: The pillows weren't very comfortable for us but that's individual.

Pros: The appartment is absolutely Perfect! It was very clean, you have everything you need there. I really recommend this apartament for 2 adults or for 2 adults and 1 Child. There is a lot space. Supermarket is on the corner and on the other corner a bar. Distans to the center is as short as to the beach (+/- 5min). From the airport you can take a taxi, +/- 15min. The owner is always availible for all the questions and ready to help. Very good contact. We had a very pleasant stay of almost 2 weeks and we are hoping to come back sometimes.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros: Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt Zentral in einer ruhigere Seitenstraße ca. 5 min. zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Viele Cafes und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbare Nähe. Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, wie auch vieles in Varna. Es war aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich dort. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Sogar Strandtücher und 2 Sonnenschirme waren da. Das Bett - sehr bequem, Klimaanlage und andere Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Der Besitzer hat sich direkt nach den Ankunft gemeldet um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Er war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Schon alleine wegen der Lage. Die Hotels liegen meisten entweder weit weg von der Stadtmitte oder an sehr frequentierten und lauten Straßen.

Pros: Мястото напълно отговаря на описанието, добре оборудвано и добре поддържано. Въпреки че настаняването е безконтактно, комуникацията с домакините е лесна и навременна. В деня на пътуването вече разполагахме с всички детайли по настаняването и не трябваше да се тревожим дали ще успеем да се свържем. Местоположението е едно от многото предимства, буквално на 5 минути от плажа и също толкова от централната пешеходна зона.

Le meilleur emplacement possible à Varna
Pros: Je connais bien maintenant l’établissement où je suis allé à trois reprises depuis 6 mois pour un séjour cumulé de 5 semaines! L’emplacement est parfait, à côté de la gare, des commerces, du port, de la plage, des vestiges romains, du centre-ville piétonnier et du vaste parc maritime qui borde la Mer Noire sur plusieurs kilomètres… Le fait qu’il y ait un coin cuisine et une machine à laver permet de pouvoir être totalement autonome et le balcon permet, l’été, de prendre ses repas à l’extérieur. L’hiver, c’est un peu froid…
Cons: J’aurais préféré qu’il y ait une baignoire. Les arbres de la rue ont été taillés à l’automne, ce qui fait qu’il y a moins d’oiseaux

Pros: Безконтактно настаняване и напускане. На комуникативно място-плаж, пешеходна зона, жп гара. Приятен и уютен апартамент, с всичко необходимо и за по-дълъг престой. Затоплен за зимните температури отвън. Комплименти вода, кафе, бисквитки. Поздравления и бихме посетили отново.
Cons: Мисля, че няма такова.

Séjour très agréable malgré le froid
Pros: Situation idéale, à deux pas du centre piétonnier et à proximité de l’immense jardin de la mer et des plages Appartement bien conçu avec un coin cuisine, un lave-linge, une terrasse et un vaste salon
Cons: Il n’y a qu’une seule chaîne française à la télévision

Komfortowe mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji
Pros: Wygodne łóżko, Lokalizacja, czystość Bardzo miły właściciel - mieliśmy małe problemy z ekspresem do kawy, właściciel mimo mojego zapewnienia że nic się nie dzieje i dam radę bez kawy chwilę później dostarczył nowy ekspres pod drzwi.
