Mirage Hotel

Hotel was perfect to mend a broken heart. Or throw an ex off the top floor 🤣

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Location perfect. Nice deep bath and huge bed to make one realise you're single! Handy to have to grab all my stuff from my cheating \

Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel, which was amazing by the way...but hey, what a cracking place to vent! I didnt like being dumped by my boyfriend because he decided that when I was in England working, his ex - a pumped up silicone temu Barbie \

Worry free parking

Pros: Hotel is perfectly located and clean. Breakfast was amazing and parking is on the hotel's private grounds.

A great city hotel

Pros: The Mirage hotel is a luxury hotel with very clean and beautifully decorated rooms, restaurant and facilities. It was a real pleasure staying there and enjoying the panoramic views over the city and the Black sea. All the staff were lovely and extremely helpful. There are many restaurants and shops near by and city transport is convenient. We'll definitely visit again next summer.

Cons: We liked everything with the only exception that in the hottest summer temperstures (near 40C) room airconditioning may not be sufficient.

A proper experience.

Pros: Absolute cleanliness, No leftover items or hints that someone has previously been in the room. Staff was correct in handling personal data. Beds are comfortable. The inclusion of bathtubs.

Cons: They have not updated their pricing on many labels within the hotel itself yet. (Particularly in the room service booklet) There was a weird noise happening with the ventilation, but unless the client is pedantic, it doesn't bother much.

Pros: Location was very convenient for me. The breakfast was pretty fine. The price was attractive too.

Cons: When we enter into hotel there were repulsive smell of cigarettes in the reception lobby. Luckily on the upper floors as well as in the rooms there isn't' such.

Pros: The service was superb. The restaurant deffently earned its stars A tad expensive but what youd expect for eating in a well designed Restaurant plenty of srating but the placement of them are worth 10 out of 10. The feeling enjoying a meal without any annoyance is worth the extra. The lifts - fast quiet and top of the 🌲... Nothing bad to say. I have no issues concerning the Staff and the hotel in general. Within reach of the Burgas Eye Hospital ( obe of the Specialists are W.H.O. REGISTERED) .plus shops and restaurants. There is a roundabout nearby but \

Great value, friendly staff, lovely rooms.

Pros: Great hotel, super friendly staff. Great location in the city. My flight was cancelled and I needed a local hotel close to the airport . The Mirage Hotel met my needs.

Pros: Big, conformable rooms. Nice beds. Clean. Very good breakfast.

Cons: It's a bit distant from the city center, but still OK.

Pros: Awesome place to stay in Burgas, very clean, good location, close to everything by walk or you can simply take the public transportation. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with variety of fresh food, fruits and Bulgarian breakfast delicatessen. Price is very reasonable. Recommended

Cons: The room does not have a window, sometimes the air circulation is inefficient. The AC is the central so you can adjust but sometimes it is not efficient.
