Great hotel for a great price.

Pros: Great location Staff were great Really good breakfast included in the price. We would really recommend this hotel.

Pros: The staff is just great, the location near kaufland and lidl, just 2 minutes walking. It is pet friendly ! They offer for free late check out! It has also a free parking, not closed but outside the hotel on the opossite road. It is safe !

Cons: The air-condition when you put it on , has a terrible smell. It had a small kitchen, ( 2 eyes ) but no equipment for using it.. so it was useless. I asked for a fry pan but they didn't have to give me.. the location is a little far from the center, needs to have a car . The pet ,even very small 3 kilos cost 10 leva per night. It had a coffee machine but no coffee capsules, only with extra charge. And no tea and coffee at all in general. The mattress was a bit dirty. We didn't use the breakfast so I don't know

Pros: I stayed at Hotel City and had an amazing experience. On my last day, they kindly offered me a temporary room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The coffee was excellent, the owner’s smile was truly heartwarming, and the whole atmosphere made me feel like part of a family. Located right in the heart of the city, everything is just 10–11 minutes away by taxi. Highly recommended!

Friendly and responsive employees, good location, attractive price.

Pros: The room for three was on the rooftop , very sunny and cozy with everything that we needed. Nice bathroom, a huge balcony with beautiful view on east of Burgas. We’ve had a wonderful breakfast in the morning and a free parking for our car. I highly recommend this hotel for stay in Burgas, far away from the noise of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you !

We enjoyed although the small details that need to be ameliorated.

Pros: The hotel is a walking distance from a flamingo birding site. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast was missing some basics, like for example whole meal bread ( my husband is a diabetic ) 100% juice and espresso coffee ( only instant coffee). There was a vending machine at the reception for espresso which was not included in the price for breakfast.

Fantastic hotel in a quiet area, close to the beach and the airport – total comfort

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at City Hotel! The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit – I truly felt welcomed from the very beginning. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service and strong air conditioning – perfect for the summer heat. The hotel is in a convenient and calm location, with a nearby bus stop where you can reach both the beach and the airport in just 10 minutes. I’m especially grateful for the late check-out – it really made things more comfortable on my last day. Благодаря ви от сърце! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Burgas, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent city break hotel

Pros: Everything was great at this family run hotel , from the tasty food menu to the comfortable spacious rooms. Very welcoming helpful staff , clean rooms, excellent facilities for a short city break.

Pros: The room was spacious and nice, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall good value for your money.

Cons: The location is a bit far from everything and the public transport connections are not great. Also the mattress on the bed was old and hollowed in the center so it was like you're sleeping in a boat.
