Cons: Occasionally the breakfast buffet was cold but we were visiting outside of the busy season, so there were fewer people there and the buffet plates were probably replaced less frequently.

Pros: I’m a regular at the property and have always enjoyed my stays there. Comfortable, food is good; front desk polite.

Cons: We visited twice this summer and through both of our stays the housekeeping team was bad. We would come back in the room that was half-done and left unattended. Had to ask for toiletry refills. Our mini-bar was left unattended and at the end almost empty, there was no restocking.

Pros: A beautiful hotel with lovely decor. So relaxing. Swim up rooms and pool are great. Staff generally were very personable and helpful. Great selection of food and drink at reasonable prices. Loved it!!

An impressive true 5* hotel

Pros: Siena Premium Retreat is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Besides the fact that the presentation photos reflect the accommodation conditions, the reality we discovered immediately after entering the hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything is clean, the staff is very friendly, the room is very spacious and beautifully arranged, and the amenities in the room cover all the needs you could have during a stay. Although the room is cleaned every day, you don't even feel the presence of the maids. I purchased a package with breakfast and dinner included, and I didn't regret the choice I made: the buffet was rich, with a wide variety of tasty products.

Cons: If there was anything to complain about, I would recommend changing the policy of not offering even a glass of water at dinner. I don't think a bottle of water, which has a purchase cost of up to 0.5 leva, impoverishes the hotel's F&B budget, but its absence can overshadow the 5-star experience that this hotel offers its guests.

Pros: The best Retreat in Lozenets for sure ! I’m very glad that we chose you. I have no words for how ideal it was. starting from hygiene, service, A La Carte restaurant, food is excellent, cleanliness in sauna, gym. Overall impression 10 out of 10. See you again!

Pros: Just everything! One of the best hotels in Bulgaria I’ve stayed at! A very good breakfast and the restaurant is exceptional! The room is very nice decorated and there is a smart TV + a very good loaded minibar.

Cons: Only one thing - after we came back from the beach, the cleaning lady had turned on the A/C to 16 C and it was freezing cold although we had turned off the A/C before going out - there was no need for that …

Amazing experience

Pros: Fantastic location, next to the beach and village centre. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Strongly recommend for a longer stay

Pros: Clean spacious rooms, one of the most polite staff I’ve seen on the Black Sea resorts, everyone - from manager, to reception and cleaning ladies. Parking was nice. Super close to the beach and centre. We booked a room with direct access to the pool - very comfortable to rest without many people around. Hotel is very well maintained.

Cons: We liked everything. The only thing is that the toilet door is glass, so you don’t have much privacy, but that is just my preference.
