Pros: The pool The view The bed Maria from the Reception was very helpful, every time smiling, solving all problems with professionalism, having all the informațiom. A very good example.

Cons: A little more attention at cleaning More active staff... cleaning and organizing when they don't have clients ..attention at details. Poor breakfast when they have few rooms Optional: I would upgrade the TV

Pros: The best location in Lozenets! Super friendly and helpful staff, especially at the restaurant! The hotel has free parking which is also great.

Приказно разположение

Pros: Невероятно местоположение на хотела,посрещаш изгрева с шума на вълните,прекрасен изглед,прохладни тераси.

Cons: Храната.За 3 нощувки ,закуската сутрин беше абсолютно еднообразна и оскъдна.Част от сервитьорите не знаеха какво предлага ресторанта,пълно безхаберие.Камериерката в 14-14:20 /време за почивка ,което самия хотел беше обявил/14-16ч / чукаше напористо на вратата да остави тоалетна хартия и торбички за боклук.
