We loved the Seaview, the private beach directly in front of the hotel, the 24° sunny weather ,

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and very cheerfully.we discovered the restaurants in Festa had closed so they provided us with coffee and teamaking facilities .

Cons: We weren't notified that the restaurant and bar had closed until next year's holiday season but maybe that was booking.coms fault.

Amazing!

Pros: This is one of the best Hotels in Bulgarian Black See.The stuff und also the All inclusive food was amazing.This hotel have one of the best ALL inclusive in Bulgaria. I will not forgot to say about the private beach and the water of the see...like crystal.This is the best place for vacation.

Pros: First and most- the employees of the hotel made our stay so nice, always friendly! They made sure that our additional requests were met in the best and fastest possible way, especially Katya who is working on the front desk. Amazing professional with kind approach. Other than that -the property is Directly at the beach which was great!

fajn hotel včetně bazénu a pláže

Pros: blízkost pláže (1. linie), venkovní bazén, bez nutnosti platit za lehátka. velký hotel. možnost apartmánů. ideální umístění ohl. dopravy ve městě (přímo vedle zastávek autobusu). Personál umí rusky. SPA-procedury na objednání.

Cons: byla jsem tam mimo sezónu a hotelová restaurace byla bohužel již od 16.9. zavřená. nejbližší café k večeři cca 2 km vzdálenosti pěšky podel moře. jinak je vidět že během sezóny jsou nabídky jídla ve městě - na každém kroku.

מקום מעולה.

Pros: • חדר מרווח ומאובזר בכל מה שצריך, עם מרפסת. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת וטובה • צוות המלון נעים ואדיב, ענו לכל שאלה שעלתה לנו בחיוך • יש המון כיסאות שיזוף בבריכה של המלון וגישה ישירה לחוף הים עם אזור של שמשיות לאורחי המלון בחינם. • מיקום מעולה - בית המלון ממוקם במרכז האזור החדש, מול תחנת האוטובוס כך שהיה מאוד נוח להגיע לערים הסמוכות. נמצא גם מרחק 10-15 דק הליכה מפארק המים יש סופר קטן ליד, והטיילת מתחילה בדיוק מהמזח שליד המלון ומגיעה עד העיר העתיקה (כ45 דקות הליכה)

Cons: • המיטה והכריות לא היו הכי נוחים • האמבטיה הייתה קצת צפופה עם הוילון • היו לנו הרבה עכבישים בחדר, כל בוקר מחדש הופיע אחד אחר. זה לא היה כזה נורא, אבל יצר קצת תחושה לא נעימה לאלו שפחדו מהעכבישים

Pros: Това,което най-много ни хареса беше страхотното отношение на двете дами от рецепцията. Те са мили,отзивчиви,лъчезарни и усмихнати. Пожелавам повече такива служители на всички в този бранш. Местоположението на хотела е много добро. Навсякъде беше чисто.

Pros: Всичко ни хареса .Стая, храна .Изглед към басейна, морето .На рецепцията са много любезни .Всичко е на шест

Cons: Има подземен паркинг .Ние извадихме късмет с колата .Последното място го взехме .Иначе наблизо има платен паркинг ( мисля че е 17 лв на ден ) .И тука се заплаща по 15 лв на ден .
