Lovely hotel near beach, Highly recommend

Pros: Lovely hotel, pools, gardens and room. Close to beach. Good spa too. Cooked to order snacks at pool bar. Very helpful friendly staff.

Pros: Excellent variety and range of food, really friendly and helpful staff

Cons: Indoor pool is described as “heated”, but it isn’t by much. The kids play room/area needs cleaning and updating. It was very dirty and lots of things damaged.

Everything you want in an Excellent hotel!

Pros: Loved this hotel! Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms that were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Going All Inclusive was the best decision ever! Fantastic selection of food and drink. Lovely pool areas and only 5min walk to Pomorie beach. Helpful staff.

Cons: Very little to dislike about this hotel. Perhaps, as part of the All Inclusive options, it would have been nice to have had light snacks available to guests in the evening time in the bar area.

Good Price for Quality ratio. Close to Burgas Airport

Pros: Hotel is on outskirts of Pomorie making it great for a quiter location as in Town is full with people. Lots of swimming pools Great Variety of food and cheap but decent drinks.

Cons: Hotel started renovating rooms, ours wasn't done yet and it had damp smell of cigarettes. The room was Great and this wasn't much of an issue.

Pros: Young staff at the hotel were excellent. Aneliya from 'front office' and Sofiia from 'entertainment' were super friendly, profesional and extremely helpful. Lovely pool, nice clean rooms, restaurant food was pretty good and entertainment package is great for families.

Cons: Internet wifi was unreliable.
