Good for all inclusive stay
Pros: Very good location, just a couple of minutes walking to the sea. The food was good, and the swimming pools also looked nice. The staff is super friendly.
Cons: There was a little bit of mould in the bathroom.

It was a wonderful holiday 😇
Pros: I was 100% satisfied with my vacation! The room was clean and comfortable, the food was varied, and there was live music during dinner. We were really able to relax and enjoy our stay!
Cons: I wouldn’t even call it a downside, but it would be great if there were slippers in the room and if the shower curtain was just a little longer so the water wouldn’t spill out. But this definitely didn’t spoil our vacation 😉

Pros: The pools are lovely. Plenty of places to lie by the pool. Food is nice with lots of choice. Staff are nice too. Very close to the beach.
Cons: Alcoholic drinks are not the best, obviously local cheap alternatives. The beer is good though.

Great hotel, nice staff, good food with some room for improvement. Excellent value.
Pros: Rooms were modern, nice balcony with a dryer, everything was comfortable. Location - nice beach right across the road. Not a noisy area. We went at the beginning of the season so it wasn't that busy. Attentive staff clearing tables very quickly, sometimes too quickly.
Cons: The food was hit and miss, breakfast sweet options were artificially tasting sauces. I missed good quality chocolate sauce and more fruit compotes. Fruit was all fresh but average. Honeycomb wasn't natural and didn't taste like honey. The bread - sliced loaves that never tasted particularly fresh, I was disappointed that there were no fresh baguettes. Overall a good experience though, some dishes were delicious and lunch had salads, I wish afternoon snacks had salads too. Beer in thin plastic cups from the bar should really be reconsidered.

Pros: The pools are wonderful: large, not too deep, not too shallow. It's very close to the beach. The food is good overall, with some hits and misses.
Cons: Our room, I think, shouldn't be put into use, because there is a large sewage pipe that runs down through one of the walls that is not insulated at all. So every time the person upstairs flushes the toilet, you hear something like a small but loud fecal waterfall going through the wall (one occurring just as I am writing this). Also, the afternoon sleeping time is not observed. Everyday, around 14.00, cleaning starts and very large trolleys with cleaning products are loudly pulled through the corridors. Also, on a personal note, as my daughter is a huge pancake fan, we couldn't get any all through our vacation. There is a pancake stand, but the serving is so incredibly slow that you'd have to wait in line 10-15 minutes for just one pancake. Must be the slowest pancake guy on the entire Bulgarian coast.

Cons: Bed was too soft for our liking While the food was often great, there were times when the quality was lower (still good just could be improved) Also there were times when almost all the meals had some mushrooms in it and it was hard to find something without it. Coffee was not good Smokers everywhere, even in dining area!

Pros: The stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. During our stay, the hotel was almost empty, so there was plenty of space by the pool. The children's pool is well thought out, and there is also a children's slide. You can walk straight to the beach through the back gate, and it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the center. The food was delicious, a large selection of food and drinks. It was a gourmet experience. From the balcony we could see both a quiet street and the sea.
Cons: Upon arrival at the room, there was a smell of sewage, but it was enough to pour water over the waste. There was no selection of hygiene products in the room, except for shampoo and soap. There was no room cleaning card in the room. You could hear noise through the door if someone was shouting in the hallway.
