Hotel Riva - All Inclusive

Pros: Perfect stay. I had a nice time on this hotel. Everything was good. I want to say thanks to the reception. Thanks Maksim and Liz you provide our stay. The food was good and shower was ok) So till the next time. Thanks Riva hotel

the food was beyond any expectation

Pros: the food was excellent 5 star for the chef..the pools r perfect.The parking was fine. The snacks and the bar were ok, the diversity of drinks was also beyond expectation a 10+note for the coffee machine and the acces 24 hr for coffee and everything coffee related,hot cocoa cappuccino latte, machiato, hot milk, and about 4-5 types of teas.also a very big plus from prior years emplyes were proficient in english .for me a very big plus

Cons: one of the things i didn't like is that they don't have a clear sign where the main entrance and the lobby is. .its a huge complex with multiple buildings but its hard to figure it out where the main entrance is bc is no a big sign or something to direct u where the main entrance is especially if u come driving.also they should designate a place where u can stop if u come driving until u check in. Also, I didn't like that they didn't tell u u can have access to the beach or to the parking with a card that u can open some of the secured doors

More than we expected 😊

Pros: The garden! Everything looks even better in real life. The staff are very organised and they take care of everything. The animation for the kids was great, too🎉

Cons: Not enough tables at the restaurant, you have to wait a long time to find any seating. The water in the pools was cold. The beach

Pros: The room it was nice and clean with a balcony. The hotel has got 3 swimming pools: 1 with jacuzzi and salted water, 1 with warm water for children and 1for adults. The food it was varied and very good Swedish buffet. The beach and supermarkets close to the hotel. The receptionists helpful.

Our stay in Riva

Pros: The hotel is near to the beach, has three pools- one of them with salt water, the rooms are clean, the food is very good.It is also a beautiful green garden, where you can sit and relax, a place with street fitness, a playground for the children, so the hotel is really nice . The personal is very friendly and diligent (speaking only Russian, but is not a problem for us).The animation team is also very good (water gymnastik, disco partys in the evening).

Cons: So the room we recieved was nice, but the air conditioner was wot working . We informed the reception two days later, and a technician came and fixed it. So this is not a big thing, and it is only about our room. We can not really complain about anything. We definitetely will come again and recommend it.

Very good hotel in the center

Pros: We are very satisfied with the hotel. Nice and polite stuff. Perfect location, close to everything. Food is various and very good. We'll definitely be back. Good value for money.

Cons: Wi-fi was bad

Lovely Stay with Nice Pools and Good Atmosphere

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a very comfortable environment. One of the highlights was the variety of swimming options—there were three different pools to enjoy, each offering a unique atmosphere. The location was good, with easy access to nearby attractions and just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: It was a bit disturbing that people were smoking by the pool. The rooms were quite poorly soundproofed, and noise from neighboring guests could be heard clearly. Fortunately, the hotel has a quiet hours policy starting at 11 PM, which helped ensure a decent night’s sleep. Breakfast and fruit section were the same every day and could have used a bit more variety. However, the food overall was tasty, and both lunch and dinner offered a good range of options. The restaurant staff spoke only Russian, but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Pros: We stayed at Riva Hotel Sunny Beach for one night on an all-inclusive basis and had a great experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a 3-star to a 4-star room, which was a very nice gesture and definitely enhanced our stay. The upgraded room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a short visit. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with a beautiful pool area and well-kept gardens. The location is excellent—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The all-inclusive service was convenient. The buffet offered a good variety of food and drinks, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even though we were only there for one night, the experience was very enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely consider coming back for a longer stay!

both us and our friends said that we would use the hotel again.

Pros: Breakfast was fine with many choices, all meals were varied, my wife is a fussy eater but had no problems. 3 separate swimming pools, good location. Rooms were very quiet. Good value for the money we paid.

Cons: Bar shut at 23.00 hrs. and as we left that was changed to 22.30. We were told that the pool bar would open the weekend we were there but this didn't happen.
