Hotel Garden Nevis - All Inclusive

Nice stay, budget holiday

Pros: Kiril the bartender was amazing, and all the staff were very efficient and friendly. The pool is large, with lots of loungers and sun. There was a wide variety of food and drink. The room was very clean and large.

Cons: On many occasions, food was labelled as 'vegetarian' even when it had meat or fish in, which is a serious problem. If you have food requirements, make extra care when choosing dishes.

Comfortable, good location and clean

Pros: Very comfortable, clean homely hotel. The food, except for one evening, was of a very good standard. Friendly staff. Cozy and clean room.

Pros: Everything is good, the food is varied, the room is spacious and matches the description. We enjoyed the Bulgarian evening

Pros: The oppeness of the outside environment, the food was enough all the time, Friendly staff, parking spots available, kids party in the evening.

Pros: •\tThe food was good, fresh, well-cooked, plentiful, and very diverse. •\tFood, snacks and drinks were also available at the pool area. \t•\tThe pool was clean, large, beautiful, and not crowded at all. \t•\tAlthough sometimes a bit careless, the staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful when needed. \t•\tThe staff spoke English well. \t•\tThe hotel, dining area, and pool were beautiful. \t•\tThe rooms were nice, spacious, and comfortable. \t•\tDaily room cleaning. \t•\tAs a Romanian, I enjoyed hearing Romanian music at the hotel. \t•\tLovely and pleasant atmosphere: mini shows, karaoke, music, games, activities, very nice and cheerful entertainers. \t•\tQuiet area.

Cons: • I booked a room for 3 people, but it was only prepared for 2: towels, bed, and we had to remind them to arrange everything for the third guest. \t•\tWe waited an hour and a half for check-in because the staff forgot about us. \t•\tThe rooms could have been cleaner. \t•\tThe hotel does not provide slippers, toothpaste, or shampoo — only some liquid soap and a 2-in-1 shower gel + shampoo of rather poor quality. \t•\tThe room key card stopped working at one point and had to be replaced. \t•\tThe elevator doesn’t have a sensor, so you risk missing it if you move slowly and it is a bit crowded.

Pros: I loved everything, the food, the room, the reception. i have zero complaints. Everyone is so nice and receptive with broad smiles, the room is big and spacious, they have a nice pool outside with food and drinks. lastly, the food is very delicious and so many varieties. You can also just walk to the beach.

Cons: Nothing, it was much more than I expected.

Been in Sunny Beach more than ten times and this is probably the second hotel that we will come back

Pros: Pool area was great. We find something to eat every day. Wery wery clean place and room:). Pool bar snacks were good.

Cons: Bartenders could be more happy.

Pros: We enjoyed the room, the large balcony and the pool. The food was at times very good, at times less so, but there is enough for everyone to choose not to leave hungry.

Cons: We found the staff not that agreeable, neither the people working at the reception, nor the ones removing the dishes from the tables. One strange aspect is the total absence of teaspoons, so that you must eat the dessert either with a large spoon or a fork.

Pros: Food excellent , very clean, ac good, pool good and location brilliant

Cons: Evening entertainment less than an hour. It's a family hotel need more for the kids even if it's just music playing. Entertainment team are working from 9am so I don't blame them long shift
