Hotel Marvel All Inclusive - FULLY RENOVATED FREE Beach Access

Will come back next year, will recommend the hotel to all my friends.

Pros: All meals were super OK, the room was large and very clean and all the staff was very polite and helpful responding to our requests. We highly appreciate the entertainment programs as well as special evenings ( Bulgarian, Italian, etc.) Since it is the second year in a row we have been guests in your hotel, we recommended the stay to another familiy that fully enjoyed their stay too. A special note and thanks to head concierge NOSKO that proved us this year too that is a fully dedicated profesional

Cons: The elevators indicated Overload even if they transported only 4 persons, well below the weight limit indicated inside.

Pros: The hotel is new and very modern, the staff is very friendly, good food and drinks big rooms and very comfortable.

Cons: The dining area is a little bit too small for the capacity that the hotel holds, so a lot of times you have to wait for other to finish their meal so you get the table. And also the area around the pool for the size of the hotel there was not enough space or sunbeds.

Pros: Was really great hotel , we enjoyed every minute in this hotel . The staff were amazing specially the reception mamager

Pros: perfect location and facilities for all your family, right next to the beach. full service in daytime, programs for kids, shows etc. pay attention to viruses and other medical issues.

Cons: sunbeds and umbrellas are free, but limited, some people blocks them from the early morning, -mostly peason romanians- and they appear on the beach after a few hours. need some strict regulation..

Pros: The hotel was very clean, close to the beach, the food was good and there were many options to choose from, the staff was friendly, the room was very big, clean and beautiful. I would come back here again.

Pros: The room was nice and clean, the food was a lot and different.

Cons: Sunlongers at the outdoor pool and the beach area were all the time busy with someone else towels. There is a written rule from the hotel that you can not put towels to reserve place for more than an hour, but the guests didn’t follow it and the staff didn’t do anything about it. So if you want to use those facilities you have to go there before 8:00 :(

Pros: Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Varied and delicious food. Kind and helpful staff- especially the manager Nasko. I highly recommend!

Pros: The food is great. Entertainment team excellent. The room is big, nice and the bed is very comfortable

Cons: The parking system. They send you with a guy at a far away parking that accepts only cash (also in other currencies, but a bag exchange rate). Instead there is a private parking right next to the hotel (also cash only)

Excellent, value for money, would come back definitely.

Pros: Everything - from front desk staff who were all very nice and professional (especially Nasko) to the room, amenities, quality of the meals and the nice pool area and beach.

Cons: Just on Saturday it seemed to me that the lunch didn't live up to the expectations set by the other days. But judging by what was next, I guess it was just an isolated episode.

Cons: Views predominantly block by Imperial Hotel.
