Pros: The staff was very polite and friendly, for any of our questions they were willing to advise and help. The rooms were cleaned every single day, the Breakfast was balanced with vegetables, fruit and dessert included, The restaurant is a beautiful garden with fountain and flowers. The beach is in front of the hotel, from the balcony we had a beautiful sea side view. This is our second time staying here and if we come back to Sunny Beach again, we will definitely stay in Shipka.

Cons: Wifi was a bit unstable sometimes, I brought my work to vacation to keep up with what's going on with my team, so it was kind of a frustration from time to time.

It was a good holiday.

Pros: I really enjoyed the balcony and the sea view.The room was clean and the towels were changed every day.The fact that hotel was almost on the beach was a very good advantage. The hotel is situated in the centre of the resort and Aldo was very close. I also enjoyed that there was a minigolf nearby, even if we had to pay 10 leva per person for each game. The restaurant and the place to have the meals was very pleasant.

Cons: The dishes repeated, every day having, with very little differences, the same kind of food and every day eggs were present: omlette, omlette with cheese, poached eggs, in pancakes of three types...fed up with eggs The parking lot was not near the hotel.We were not allowed to leave the car there, but in a nearby parking lot, 10 minutes walk from the hotel. At least they had a place available for leaving the car.

Great value for money with perfect location

Pros: Great location - sea was just 1 min from the hotel , nice staff - they speak different languages , great value for money , pretty good variety of food - we had breakfast and dinner which we liked during our stay . Unlimited coffee . Cleaning everyday of the room . We arrived earlier (5am) and they checked us in without any extra changes .

Cons: folding bed was not very conformable . It is ok for a day or two , but if you want to stay a week and more , this bed is very uncomfortable ( hello back pain) . Also a bad water drain in the bathroom. ( we had our own sea in the room ) , but we asked for a mop and the issue was resolved . Also , a club or a bar is located right after the hotel , if you want to sleep and relax be prepared to listen to music till the midnight

Pros: Friendly and flexible staff, hotel close to the beach. The front office manager kindly helped us to move to a nicer room, he was always very nice and ready to help.

Cons: Breakfast was OK, but the dinner proved to be very poor.
