Super nice staff, very close to the beach

Pros: First of all, probably the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The old lady at the front desk is lovely, the waiters are also nice, but nothing extraordinary. The security guards were nice to us every night, trying to convince us to leave because the bar was closing. However, I must admit, my heart was stolen by the amazing bartenders who made our stay so fun and memorable – Ilias, Martin, and Presiyan. Thank you again! They were always kind, and I must add that the drinks were exactly as strong as they should be. Secondly, the food is truly delicious and there's a wide variety to choose from. I personally loved almost all the soups. There are always soft drinks, fruits, and vegetables. Shout out to the pizza guy – Mario! The hotel is also very close to the beach and clubs! Overall, I was very happy with my stay and I think I'll be back someday!

Cons: the rooms… well, there's always room for improvement, but I was so busy having fun that I didn't notice it that much. Only one thing – we only got bar soap and shampoo. In a four-star hotel, I could also use shower gel and conditioner.

I recomand this and i will come here again.

Pros: Great vacation here ,u have 3 pools (2 for adults and one for the kids) ,the rooms are nice and clean ,the reception was amazing because they let us check in at 8 ,very close to the beach (7min),in between the meals u have snacks and u literally cannot stay hungry there,i liked it very much.

Cons: It s not that we didn t like but it was something like 50/50:the food was good but don t expect to like every dish there ,and about the drinks is that u don t have a lot of options but if u tip the barman he will make u something.😁

Great value for money about 15 minute walk to strip and beach

Pros: Food was very good for all inclusive was suprised big spacious rooms

Cons: Staff wasn’t the friendliest but how often do ya want to talk to staff so no big deal

Excellent for the money paid

Pros: Staff kindness, pools, not so far from the beach, animation girls should receive a raise, food freshness yet too repetitive, could see trough the kitchen and I can say it's really clean and everyone wears gloves, big balcony, the silence (at list in our room position), service of everything we asked for, alcohol in fair quantity if you ask for more in cocktail they serve, bar schedule until 23, parking. For the money paid can't ask for more!

Cons: The rooms are not like in the photos, at least on the building that we had, the bed was not comfortable, the water temperature was not constant and yet annoying, the pool schedule 9-18 (in reality no one will ask you to go out of it, but they start cleaning), sometimes the smell in the restroom.

Nice place

Pros: Good size pool, the hotel was spotless and just like any other hotel I've been to in Bulgaria most of the staff were very very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Cons: A couple of staff members were miserable and not very helpful but out of a large team most were awesome

Excellent hotel and facilities

Pros: Very friendly and professional reception and restaurant staff. Great location. Very enjoyable. Recommended.

Pros: For that price , was really different variety of food to choose and we always could find something for us. The room was clean and the rest of the hotel, the staff cleaned it everyday. The swimming pool, table tennis and bilard were good to spend free time. The bar offered different beverages, snacks and drinks.

Cons: The food mainly was cold.

Pros: Everything was lovely ,pool was very nice ,plenty of sun beds

Cons: Drinking out of plastic cups in the evening ,think lobby bar should have been open , people were putting towels on sun beds from one day to another including leaving them there over night which wasn’t fair to other guests as they didn’t come to use them till afternoon

Very good

Pros: Everything was great,except the animation team. The food was different every day , there was no way that somebody may say they couldn't find what to eat. The were pancakes everyday, ice cream,pizza ,lots of cocktails ,everything you could want.

Cons: The animation team whici was awful. They were bored all they long, The kids club was...not,you could hardly hear The music at the kids disco. Also the kids playground was very poor and dirty.

Pros: comfy beds and very big, clean and modern TV,.great location (5 min walk to centre of sunny beach) yet still quiet .food was good and always found something I liked and for the price was very happy with everything

Cons: air con stopped working but wasn't a particular problem for me , no WiFi in rooms but used mobile internet so wasn't a problem. for the money I recommend this place or pay double to quadruple for the beat there is to offer . open mind and u will enjoy
