Hotel Avenue

Perfect for us.

Pros: The room was way bigger than advertised and had an additional bed. Very comfortable for a large family. Bathroom sealant could do with a refresher but otherwise everything was perfect.

Cons: Shower Hight couldn't be adjusted because the mechanism was loose.

Overall, the stay met my expectations

Pros: Hotel has a great location and a free parking area. The reception is open 24 hours. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Nice but cleaning must be improved

Pros: Nice sfaff and over all nice room with balcony. Breakfast was also nice

Cons: Cleaning is poor and is on demand. It only consists in changing the tawels and the linen. No toilet cleaning or floar cleaning is included. The night guy forgot the Wake up call.

Pros: The reception staff was very kind. I accidentally booked two rooms for 3 adults when I should have booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. But the staff did not mind this at all and was very helpful. I would like to thank them very much from here. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. As someone who stays in hotels for about 5-6 nights every month, I can say that the best bathroom amenities I have seen in a long time were shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We had a small kitchen inside and it met all our needs. Only a 5-minute walk to nightclubs, restaurants and the beach. Congratulations, super hospitality

Best value for money

Pros: Perfect location. Can reach the beach via a shortcut across the hotel behind. Quietness, privacy and super large rooms and balconies. Parking spaces for free are included in the price.

Cons: It is not a luxury place, no internal lobby, no pool or own restaurant, no many conveniences in the rooms, just the basics.

I think I stay this hotel again next summer

Pros: I like that place, cleaning, wifi and locaiton is especially excellent. there is a special parking area .

Pros: The lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. She even called the bus service to inquire about my early bus. Absolutely amazing!!

Pros: Nice hotel close to the main street. Comfortable bed, clean room, air con works good. Everything was perfect for us and will defenitily come back again.

Cons: During one night somebody was open the door of our room by mistake and immediatelly close. Still nobody knows who enter by mistake, most probably hotel staff who has general master key, and think that our room empty, but in future this problem can not be repeat again.

In general, we really liked it, especially the price-quality ratio.

Pros: Very nice small hotel with only 20 rooms. The rooms are really big, our room could even accommodate 4 people (standard room). Very friendly staff who will help you with any question (we left our suitcases before check-in.

Cons: The only issue with cleaning was that the towels were not changed (although we only stayed for 3 nights). But the trash was removed every day.
