Voya Beach Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

Excellent vacation spot with an abundance of food and drinks!

Pros: I liked how the staff made one feel welcomed and always at one's disposal. The ultra all inclusive feature was great. The room is spacious and comfortable. Excellent choice for relaxation!

Magnificent

Pros: The hotel is absolutely phenomenal for cleanliness.. helpfulness.. it's a beautiful hotel, from the moment he walked on staff were on hand to help you and greet you.

Cons: Cleanness tightness, the ultra all inclusive as everything you need from the food is exceptional and the breakfast.

Pros: Voya Beach Resort exceeded our expectations, and without a doubt we will return again in the future! The staff was amazing, always providing service from the heart and with a smile. Food was available non-stop, alcohol was flowing 24/7 without any shortage, every evening there was a show, and the variety of pools made sure it never felt crowded. Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you so much to the hotel team!

Cons: 1. When we visited the spa, the credit card machine did not work, which forced us to go to the currency exchange located in the hotel. Although the spa manager kindly covered the exchange commission and even gave us a discount, this should not happen - especially in 2025, when most people no longer use cash but pay by credit card or Apple Pay. That being said, it is important to highlight that the spa staff were absolutely exceptional and provided outstanding service and treatments. 2. When we ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport, I specifically asked at the reception if the taxi driver accepts credit cards and was told yes. However, once we got into the taxi and the ride had already started, the driver informed us that his card machine was not working. Luckily, I asked at the beginning of the ride; otherwise, we would have had to look for a currency exchange at the airport just to pay for the ride. It is very important that the reception team verify such details in advance with the taxi drivers they book, as this is part of the service provided by the hotel.

Overall, it was perfect and very enjoyable.

Pros: All the meals at the hotel were excellent. There was a fantastic variety and the food was very delicious. The pools were clean and very enjoyable. We loved every facility and every moment. Both us and our baby girl found the place very accessible and very fun.

Cons: Maybe if there had been a bathtub in the room, it would have been easier for me to bathe my baby girl, but I will remember to manage it better next tim

One of the best hotel in Bulgaria's seashore

Pros: The hotel and the all inclusive part of it is exceptional! Kudos also for having underground parking. Pools are nice and it's nice it has oen beach part too.

Cons: Only downside for me is that the beach in Vlas is not the best compared to most of the places in Bulgaria.

Great resort for families with kids

Memorable

Pros: We loved everything! From the amazing sea view (I really recommend the sea view option) to the tasty food, we enjoyed every bit of this lovely resort. I must mention the Wifi6, the remarcable cleanness of the pool and of the suroundings, the quality of the spirits brands. However, the best part was the staff, they are always paying attention, always delivering, from the security person at the entry, up to the front desk manager. They were so nice, they made a cake and a fruit basket for my nephiew because he celebrated his birthday during our stay at the resort. It was the best family holiday for us.

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean—every surface gleamed, and the atmosphere felt fresh and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food exceeded our expectations with a variety of rich, flavorful dishes that showcased both local ingredients and culinary care. We especially appreciated the breathtaking sea view from our room; waking up to the sight of the sun shimmering on the waves was pure bliss. Paying a bit extra for that view turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during the trip.

Cons: Unfortunately, the entertainment program fell far short of our expectations. For the price we paid, we anticipated a more engaging and varied experience, but the activities offered were repetitive and lacked creativity. Throughout the week, there was minimal enthusiasm from the animation team, particularly during the daytime poolside sessions—they rarely interacted with guests or tried to energize the atmosphere, which made the environment feel dull and uninspired. To make matters worse, the music playlist didn’t change at all—it was the same selection of songs played day after day, which quickly became tiresome. Another disappointing aspect was the behavior of some of the bartenders; a few displayed noticeable rudeness when they realized we were from Bulgaria, which left us feeling unwelcome and disheartened.

Exceptional

Pros: Almost everything. Very friendly staff, very clean room, good food (good variety), big pool, lots of sunbeds, good bar, evening entertainment, cool rooms with central HVAC system (no separate AC per room) which was way more comfortable than with separate AC unit, smart tv to use it with your pay per view accounts (Netflix, etc)

Cons: The fact that the private beach was full of sea shells ( not kids friendly ) and that in the water there were big rocks (some quite sharp) from the nearby water breaker The bed mattress needs to be rotated or flipped (I'm guessing after each guest departure) as it's started to get uneven There is no one to enforce the rules by the pool. It says do not jump in the pool but no one cared and there is no one to enforce that rule. The fact that there were tips boxes all over the place, was a bit strange for me. That being said, our stay was very enjoyable with no negative incidents. The above is just something that I have observed. Maybe if the resort reads this and takes note of it, will try and solve some of them.
