Pros: Everything, the hotel it’s amazing, clean sound proof, superb. Very comfortable beds , everything was excellent. Staff great, friendly, welcoming and extremely professional in every aspect. Best holiday in Bulgaria so far it’s 5+ stars from us ! Thank you

Cons: Nothing everything was great

Amazing as usual

Pros: - Very clean - Very kid-friendly hotel - Good and varied food - Kind staff - Beach right there, with clear water - Crazy shower water pressure - Free parking

Cons: - It would be a good idea to add some protection like a railing against falling/rolling along the elevated alley outside. I've seen this year and the previous 1 1/2 year old kids that almost fell there - Many guests reserve sunbeds with towels, even if it's specifically written that you should not do so - The air conditioner blows right towards the bed, which is uncomfortable to sleep with turned on. Maybe the hotel staff should consider adding a deflector to the internal units

We had the best time here for a very affordable price.

Pros: Best looking hotel on the strip. Very lovely staff extremely kind and helpful, especially the griddle chef. Terrific pools and tennis court. Just a few metres to a nice sandy beach. Food excellent for every meal. All inclusive includes beer and wine. Not crowded as last week of season. Extremely clean throughout and kept that way. The staff seemed very good to entertain very young children

Cons: Disco noise was too loud too long.

Pros: I loved the fact that there was a garden right in front of the hotel. The sandy beach was only a couple of steps away from the hotel, the staff were friendly and always polite. The diversity of the food provided something for everyone, including toddlers or vegans. We were in extra season so everything was quiet and peaceful so I guess the place was even more charming in the sunlight.

Better than expected

Pros: Everything was great, we came expecting it to be an awesome vacation, however, our expectations were shattered. From the staff that was very professional, cleaning personnel that came everyday, the food which was delicious and always diverse, to the location, everything was spot on. We cant wait to come back next year!

Cons: The parking was really thight, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Cons: The room was a bit old and would use some renovations - The baby cot mattress was wider than the cot, so it did not fit well and was more elevated on one side - The AC blows air directly towards the bed - The AC did not have enough cooling power when there was more than 30c temp outside - The minibar was unusable since it had a mouldy stench that would also stick to the bottles

Best experience in Bulgaria so far

Pros: It was an awesome experience, it matches all of our expectations. The food was very tasty, the beach was so nice and the bedroom was more than enough. We loved the entertaining team at the pool, a boy called Ivan if I'm not wrong and the girls, they were awesome and did a great job, thumbs up for them, hope they'll see this comment because they deserve it. Great working team all around.

Cons: We liked everything

Pros: Everything was more than perfect, it was a very beautiful place to stay. We really enjoyed our holiday. The staff and customer service were great, and the location was perfect, just close to the beach. A big thank you to the amazing entertainment team. The room was clean and very spacious, and the food and drink quality were very good.

Overall the experience was superb, I enjoyed my mini vacation.

Pros: I think the following were amazing: - clean rooms with nice view - pool was big enough for the hotel guest capacity and the same can be said for the number of sun beds - car was protected in hotel parking outside - food was excellent - hotel is right next to beach, there are 30-50 meteres distance to the water - drink selection was decent - breakfast, lunch and dinner intervals were long enough to acommodate everyones need - we missed the lunch at checkin because of traffic and the receptionist offered to give us lunch back at checkout BUT I will continue this at what I didnt like

Cons: I didnt like that: - we were promised a takeaway lunch at checkout because we missed checkin lunch but we never got it, the restaurant manager didnt understand english properly and I wouldnt have minded if not promised in the first place since I arrived late - the higher staff isnt very skilled in english, but they seem to understand german better; I was expecting receptionists and managers to understand english better - we had to pay a small fee for sunbed towels (insignifiant), just increase the price of the all inclusive by 10 euros and make it truly all inclusive
