Luxurious hotel with an excellent location

Pros: The location is excellent. The room is a pretty good size, the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is functional and spacious. The breakfast is well-chosen and of good quality, except for the sweet options

Ok , very nice team

Pros: They have changed my room upon my request with no hesitation and even carried my stuff. Clean , central and staff at the reception was very very nice.Thoughtful , they gave breakfast packages as i checked out early in the morning

The reception staff greeted me with great kindness and attention, which made me feel very special. I would like to give special thanks to Gabriela and Polina for their care, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Because of them, my birthday stay became even more memorable. Pros: Location was amazing. The room was amazing. I was on the 8th floor with a view to the cathedral and slight view of the sea. The staff was very friendly, answered all my questions. I had to work for several hours from the lobby after checking-out, which wasn't a problem at all.

Pros: We really appreciated the early Checkin and the flexibility of the receptionist. The hotel is clean, comfortable, even better than expected. All was perfect ❤️😊

Cons: The location is not in the center, we should walk around 15mn. But that was ok for us
