Budget hotel, low prices

Pros: Mainly the price, and it is close to the center and the railway station, a plazh and the port is also close. It used to be a good hotel, but decades ago - everything is outdated, but clean and well maintained, everything works. So, good value for few money.

Cons: Needs a refurbishment, and the street itself is not welcoming at least.
