Very good hotel, quality accommodation

Pros: Very good hotel, quality rooms (we had 501) and the bathroom was particularly good. The room was spacious and had really good bedside lights for reading. Great location, right beside the Sea Park and beach and very close to the pedestrianised centre of Burgas too. The restaurant almost directly opposite the hotel (slightly to the left) in the Sea Park was very good.. The Sea Park is well worth a visit - the whole beach is accessible and there are plenty of places to eat, lots of trees and a cycle path too They've done a great job here. There's also a pier and lots of artistic works scattered throughout the park.

Cons: The hotel lift - slow and using the stairs wasn't easy because the access door on each floor requires a key! Very annoying. I really hate lifts in the morning - too busy!

Pros: The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were great. Beautiful view and sunset plus sunrise was amazing, from the room. Balcony overlooking sea garden was a lovely addition. Breakfast was lovely, tasty, filling and cooked beautifully
