Pros: The location is great and overlooking the sea from the hotel room is amazing

Cons: It was 30 degrees in the room and when I called the reception they told me that the room temperature is controlled by a central system and nothing can be done. They have different kind of rooms , some south oriented, some north. It’s not normal to not consider this fact during building of the hotel. Looks like a solid sum of money investment but they have a low quality mattresses, pillows, sink, tiles etc.

Pros: Very stylish, comfortable, clean and spacious room, even the economy. Very good location, nice restaurant with a view and nice atmosphere where the breakfast is also served,

It was great as always in Burgas! We enjoyed it 100%

Pros: Location is just spotless! The Lobby is great… Room was clean and in general was one of the best hotels I’ve been to!

Cons: The air-condition needs filter cleaning, as it smells badly sometimes because of the dust in it! The rest was absolutely fine!

Experience from our stay was very good and I would recommend it to my friends/colleagues.

Pros: I like it the friendly and very kind personal. Air conditioner worked well though the very high temperature outside.

Cons: I wouldn't tell I don't like, I would like to recommend to have bottle with mineral water complimentary from the hotel to welcome guests, in every room. In this warm days, this is almost a requirement.

Would recommend

Pros: Nice experience overall. Everything was as expected. Nice clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We arrived a bit early and they let us leave luggage at the reception. Also, it was very quiet, no noises from the hall, so we could sleep-in peacefully.
