good value for the money

Pros: Very walkable distance from everything in the city centre. The reception guy was very friendly and ready to help. The room was bright and spacious

Cons: The bathroom wasn’t very clean and cleaning personnel didn’t flush the toilet after them which was not very pleasant but overall good.

We received a great welcome. Everything in the room worked. The bathroom clean, the bed v comfy.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent today. Ready on time (very important for us, each visit), coffee was hot and the cup full. It was served with a smile. Scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection

Cons: A piece of fruit would have been lovely ...this month the cucumber could have been replaced with water melon ...just an idea :)

Pros: Good value for the money. Good breakfast. Very close to the train station (for us ir was important because we had a train in the morning). 10-15 min walking distance to the see.

Cons: The shower had poor drainage, which caused the entire bathroom floor to be wet. But not all the rooms had this problem.

Pros: This hotel is 2 stars, but room was on 4 stars. Not all 3 stars hotels have so good rooms. Not 2 stars room for sure. And all hotel looks as better level. Excellent location in city centre and close to train and bus station and sea beaches. Excellent clearness. Comfortable beds. Restaurant on first floor. Calm street without big noise. Big room.

Our stay was good would stay again.

Pros: The breakfast was fine cold food types, no hot foods. The location is great short walk to most places of interest. The staff very friendly and helpful. Our only concern bathroom leaking water on Tyler surface makes it dangerous to walk on had to be careful.

Pros: it was great to return to Hotel Fors for our monthly visit to Burgas. We wouldn't choose anywhere else. We were especially pleased to be greeted with a smile and a comment that our extra pillows were in the room :) :) -- it had been 3 months since we'd requested that! Well done Hotel Fors!

Cons: Everything was lovely. I was planning to give a 10 out of 10 full score ---- until breakfast :( Sadly, because we as English are used to a large cup of coffee, when we asked for a refill of our very small coffee, we were told it would be 3 leva each!! 6 leva!! WHAT? We have never been asked to pay for our refill before --- I hope we will never be asked to pay again. Disappointed, we declined, of course. (we appreciate the breakfast, but we only eat and drink a little, we do not abuse what is put out by taking too much .... but next time we would like a very large cup of coffee or a free refill. Thank you)
