Wonderful

Pros: Clean room and central location, very near to beach and shopping area. Good breakfast. Staffs are very friendly.

Cons: If they had electric kettle for making tea, it was perfect !

Pros: The hotel is in the center. The guy named Dima at the reception was very nice. He helped us with everything. I recommend the hotel to everyone. Good breakfast. Everything is perfect.

One week vacation

Pros: 1) Great location — lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, a bus stop, the central street, and the beach within walking distance. 2) The room matched the photos and was fairly clean. I especially liked that the balcony faced the inner courtyard with trees, so there was no street noise. Comfortable bed. 3) Soundproofing inside the hotel is average — if neighbors are loud, you will hear them. 4) Breakfasts are very standard: not a huge variety, but there were fruits and good coffee.

Cons: There was a strong sewage smell, the flush button on the toilet didn’t work very well, and the toilet itself wasn’t very comfortable (it could be difficult for a larger person).

Great location but 20 BGN per night parking fee

Pros: What I really like is the location - the hotel is exactly on the main party street. It's really convenient. Don't need to use taxi at night. The bed is super comfortable. The breakfast is good.

Cons: 1. The parking costs 20 BGN per night. The hotel is expensive enough, so I believe the fee should have been included in the price. I left the car on 15 minutes walk away from the hotel for free. 2. We were there for 4 days (3 nights). On the second day I kindly asked the receptionist for changing the towels in the bathroom and to full the shower gel box. The receptionist refused saying that the stay is very short for new towels. She said that they change towels once in 4 days - only in 5 stars hotels the cleaner changes the towels every day, she said, which is not true , from my experience. I answered - thanks, after 4 days we will not be in the hotel. 😁 3. The shower is partly broken.

Great location, good value for money! We recommend it.

Pros: Location is great! in downtown, close to the most important area in Sunny beach, and close to the beach. The room size is good, the AC working good, fridge was efficient. Breakfast has something for every taste, and the coffee was the best. Wifi was free, and parking right in front of the hotel was 20 leva per night.

Cons: The standard double room has no balcony, and even no view, because we were to close to other people's balconies. The toilet's plumming let some water comes up, so is always messy there.

Great holiday.

Pros: The personnel is great. Always ready to help. Location is in the heart of fun zone. Minutes from beach, clubs and restaurants. Room was cleaned daily. All reception personnel was ready to assist.

Pros: Great hotel. Great location-only couple of minutes from flower street but at the same time quiet enough to rest. Friendly personal and rooms have premium air conditioners which you can vontrol via remote. Very handy with hot weather

Very good hotel but should have security to keep the noise down while people sleep.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons: There were young people staying and were very noisy waking me up at 4am with shouting and banging on doors.
