Hotel Alba - All inclusive

Pros: The food is varied and delicious, plenty of it. The alcohol and desserts, like everywhere else, aren't great. Overall, it's better than five-star hotels. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Overall, I didn't like the resort itself. When you leave the hotel, everything around you is dirty, except for the sea. I just now noticed that our room faced the street, but they gave us a sea view. That side overlooks the amusement park. Music plays from evening until morning, making it impossible to sleep and rest. We repeatedly noticed cockroaches in the room, scurrying out of the drains. The pool isn't heated; it's very cold. The sea water is warmer in mid-September.

Pros: Great location, really close to the beach and to everything else, great food, every day is different.

Cons: Too noisy , near hotels and late bars really blasting mad music until 3 am. Must sleep with your earphones.

Well fed and rested, not entertained enough

Pros: Room cleanliness and room facilites were honestly above my expectations. New furniture and clean bathroom. Towels amd sheets were changed regularly. Attitude of the employees at reception was great. Our needs were met all the time and the staff was very helpful, special thanks to Volen! Location was very convenient, we did not mind the noise from the outside. Burgers and snack bar food were very good.

Cons: Food in the restaurant, not enough diet options. Food placement was suboptimal, leading to long queues. Restaurant was too small, considering the size and capacity of the hotel. Some words about the enterntainment team: We were not greeted or even given a smile from any member of the staff when passing by around the hotel. All of them, except for Ivaylo ( cheers! ) looked like they were just waiting for their shift to end - one of the girls was yawning during the pool party. When the table tennis activity was being announced around the pool, we were skipped and we had to go and look for a staff member in order to receive details about it. The evening activity that took place did not match the one announced on the schedule at reception. Water polo game was not given a timeout when the goals were readjusted/inflated which lead to one of the teams being irritated because their point was not counted. Some games/activites were not separated for children and adults.

Pros: Very nice. Enough food for everyone, cakes and fruits on the table, pizza and ice cream at the pool, a little crowded at meal times, but you could get cakes, juice in the meantime until it was time to eat. The towels in the room were changed daily. We arrived early, at 10 am, but we got the room around 2 pm. Even though check-in was at 3 pm, they gave us the bracelet when we arrived and we could eat, the staff was very friendly and at the door they helped us with our luggage. Close to the beach, clean pool. There are still picky people who comment and make comparisons with other hotels where, maybe, they pay double.

Good value for money

Pros: Nice and clean hotel. Very central location, close to the beach and the central walking street. Pools were very good. The food was delicious and with big variety. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The way the food and the plates are placed in the restaurant makes it difficult to take food. There are always long queues. If the plates , forks and knives were placed somewhere else separately that will make things much easier. We stayed 4 nights and our AC worked only the last night of our stay so we had to keep the door to the balcony opened and it was very noisy in the night due to the hotel being so close to the bars. If the AC worked and we could keep the balcony door closed it wouldn’t have been a problem. We stayed 4 nights but paid for 5 days for the parking even though the last day we checked out 8 in the morning. So that was very frustrating…

One of the most friendly staff ever.

Pros: Very friendly staff, all our requests was resolved quickly. Nice food.

Cons: A bit old but comfortable rooms. Parking not far but not on site.

A perfect place for a perfect holiday) We’ll be happy to return to Alba again.

Pros: The hotel is very cosy, it has a small territory, but everything is comfortable and convenient. Tasty food, clean restaurant with its welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable. Kids loved the pools and animation, the hotel is 3 minutes from the beach, there are lots of restaurants, bars and the central entertainment park around.

Pros: Nice and clean. Perfect location for families. My children loved the swimming pool.

Pros: Incredible holiday, good service, clean rooms and amazing facilities! Will choose the hotel again for my future stays in Sunny Beach!

Pros: Best trip so far in Sunny Beach. The staff was nice and the food was excellent. I will come again for sure
