Value, value, value

Pros: Best value hotel in Sofia - nothing comes close when you take into account the spa, location, breakfast.

Really great

Pros: Clean everywhere all the time. Perfect central location to beach and main strip etc. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious room Plenty of good lifts. WiFi access. Great view from balcony. Food was nice. Water temperature and pressure from shower good.

Cons: Bed was too low. The step up into the shower/bath was too high.

The noise apart, I had a first class holiday at the Kuban. Will definitely book again and recommend

Pros: Convenience of the location. Great variety and quality of the food. Very efficient catering staff. All positive

Cons: Location great but noise late into the early hours from the local pubs banging out karaoke was a bit annoying. I’m surprised the local authorities don’t tell them to tone the noise down a bit after midnight.

Pros: Nice hotel. All good. We stayed in 16th floor - amazing. Lifts working- no problem. Thank you very much for nice holiday ☺️

Pros: We stayed for 8 nights. The room is big, it was cleaned every day. The pools are very nice. It' s closeto the beach..aprox.8 minutes walking on a nice street, shopping street. The hotel is in the central area of Sunny Beach, and very close to the shopping streets and the amusement park. The personal very king. The food was good.

Great location and Fabulous all-inclusive

Pros: The kids loved the water slides (6 big slides) There was a bar at the poolside and snacks available from 10am. Never difficult to get food or drink, not much queuing involved ever. Also 3 more bars again quick to get served. Daytime snack food ( chips, pizza, burgers, doughnuts , waffles ) is great for the kids and ice cream at 3pm. Meals available had lots of variety, loved that there was a lot of local food available ( also a good selection for kids or fussy eaters) The pools closed at 6pm and then they opened up an area for whatever entertainment is on later in the evening. This gave us time to eat then have a walk along Flower Street and towards the beach. There was a games area for the kids ( this was the only time we spent anything except tips ) it was 5lev for a game of pool and 10lev for one hour of playstation ( our boys played a two player game so only cost 10 for both to play )

Cons: I have to say it was a bit noisy at night but we expected that. You can't have a central location without the noise. We all still slept well as the kids were totally exhausted.

Good vacation for families

Pros: Our family liked the hotel's location, food, drinks, and various activities.

Cons: Aggressive seagulls and people feeding them food.

Pros: It was the 4th time we have been here...We are a family of 2 adults, a teenager and a child of 9 years old. Every time we come, we are welcomed, the children are happy, the grown ups are happy! There is something to do for all ages, the entertainment team are lovely. The food is something for everyone again, I would say, something to Please all palates...The hotel is right in the centre of Sunny beach though, so Please only expect quiet from 5am-8.am 😁😳🫢😂

It was very nice vacation, hotel was very nice and affordable, great activities! Definitely will come back next year! 🥳

Pros: Very good location, friendly staff, good food, waterpark superb, kids club needs update, but animators were very nice and fun!

Cons: Apartment building was on other side of main building (pool in between) and main doors were always locked from 18:00, so we had to go around every night for dinner, it is not minus as it is for safety, it was just inconvenient with child. :)

Pros: There is a wide selection of delicious food and fantastic water attractions available close to the hotel for the whole day. The little kids are amazed.

Cons: Not something specific, but some furniture might need replacement.
