Pros: Clean. Very friendly staff. Good location and services.

Cons: The shower gel wasn't good at all. Felt like water with drops of gel in it. Parking not included in price. I knew that, but it is weird.

Excellent for a family holiday. Very clean.

Pros: Nice location and comfortable apartment. Very clean - cleaning ladies really do a perfect job. Staff is kind and helpful.

Cons: The kitchen is poorly equipped, mostly for decoration purposes. It is hardly possible to cook even a spaghetti there unless you bring your own stuff. Still a nice place to stay but I had the impression they must have some secret or strange policy ;) not let to park cars under the value of 100k€ in the front of the hotel. Others must go to a pay parking elsewhere for 10EUR/day.

Great place to stay with kids

Pros: Spacious , clean apartment with nice big terrace. The staff were very polite. The breakfast was nice. Good location without the noise of the upper part. Great place to stay with kids too.

Cons: The parking is paid - 12€/night I believe since it is a 5* hotel this should be free of charge.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was a good size, although the bathroom was perhaps a little cramped.

Cons: The description stated that the room was soundproofed, but unfortunately this was absolutely not true. Unfortunately, everything could be heard from the neighboring room and the hallway. Parking was unrealistically expensive, considering that the car was parked on the street.

Pros: A unique place, exceptional views, and exceptional customer service. We were given a beautiful room/suite. The hotel staff: reception, housekeeping, and waiters were smiling and friendly. Everything went smoothly, without any complications. A hotel with a very intimate atmosphere. Peace, quiet, and relaxation. The spa area and pools are of a high standard. No crowds and few children. Very clean rooms.

It is a matter of individual choice

Great location and a lovely stay

Pros: The cleanliness was amazing at the hotel, we were also kindly upgraded to an apartment instead of just a room which was extremely helpful, the cleaners were amazing and we were left with a gift of flowers one day and swans with flowers the other day. Also upon arrival we had a free bottle of wine to drink! The sun loungers were really comfortable and the pool was nice. Staff were also helpful and friendly with good English

Cons: The staff at breakfast couldn’t really speak English and the breakfast was a bit cold. We were also charged for a redbull that we did not drink during our stay from the mini bar. Also only being provided with one small pillow per person made sleeping really uncomfortable.

Nice and modern hotel with good amenities

Pros: Good, varied breakfast, the room is spacious and clean (daily cleaning). Nice SPA area. Close to the beach.

Cons: They gave us an offer for the Lux massage at the SPA; the combination of the massages types in the Lux package should have lasted for about 90 minutes. Instead they only performed a 45 minutes massage and told us that it included all of the massages; if so, at least don't write that this is a 90 minutes long procedure.
