Great place to recharge your batteries
Pros: Lovely hotel with great food and clean rooms. I'll definitely recommend it to others
Cons: Maybe the music could be a little louder . I thought I was at a library-café whenever I was at the bar or restaurant but that was almost everywhere in sunny beach so I think most people like to read or sleep when choosing that place for holidays 😄

Everything was as expected!
Pros: The food was always fresh and there were many salads. One good thing was that only at brunch they served sweets. The kids were not that happy about this, but as parents we liked this. The room was big enough for 4 people and very clean.

Pros: Clean rooms, hard working staff with good attitude.
Cons: Food was mostly oily. There was always something to eat but I believe that one option of roast or grill will increase the scores.

Cons: And this year, the same problem: the towels were not changed during the entire stay. Extremely small trash can.

Pros: Small Hotel very clean near the beach and Nessebar. The Food was good. Snack only sweets. Drinks a lot was ok.
Cons: There is missing the piktogram NO SMOKING IN RESTAURANT during eating. But its about people. Food - we missed choise for small children. Could be more european for children.

Excellent!
Pros: Lovely hotel, very well equipped and locatef. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicios food, very tasty and diverse.
Cons: The all inclusive bar was only open until 10pm.

Good location, worth the money
Pros: Clean Room, AC working, pool in front of the hotel, parking available, kind staff, fresh food, quiet location good for relaxation,
Cons: - Poor choices of free beverages at the bar, - food is not sufficiently provided. If a dish is empty it will probably remain empty. The courses aren't very well planned. At times I didn't feel like I had what to choose, but I'm not complaining because it's a matter of taste and the food was fresh - always a line for the food, not like other locations where everything is easily accesible - the pool closes at 6pm which is too early - I dislike that you can't take food and beverages to the room

If you didn’t mind staff being rude it is good hotel
Pros: Hotel is nice and quite new. Location is couple hundred of meters from sea and beach. To center I recommend to take a bus.
Cons: Children staff is mostly unpolite and doesn’t speak English. Although there are some persons who can make your stay enjoyable. But unfortunately most guys are like young teenagers who want to show you that they come first…

Cons: Bulgarian guests smoking during meals. After showering, the bathroom floor was completely flooded with water.

A very good hotel in terms of value for money.
Pros: The nice, TV-equipped room with a balcony had a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom has been renovated. The food was delicious and varied. The all-inclusive includes two types of pre-mixed cocktails. There are several types of ice cream for lunch, snack and dinner. Biscuits, chocolate cakes for snack in the afternoon. The staff is very nice and helpful, mostly young people. The pool has a jacuzzi. The beach is close, roughly a 5-10 minute walk.
Cons: It was strange that we did not put the cooked food on our plates, but the staff took it out for us. We have not encountered this anywhere else, it was a bit unpleasant. The water in the pool was quite cold, the sun does not warm the water after about 3 pm.
