It was great!

Pros: Room - The staff cleaned the room every day. The room have everything that you need.

This hotel's strengths are in its staff and animation team, who create a cool atmosphere and make some of the hotel&

Pros: Location is good, close to sea, Nesebar and Sunny beach central streets, animation team are amazing, they’re doing their job great, in general hotel’s staff are good, SPA center is also available, you can get professional SPA procedures.

Cons: Diversity of food could be better, some rooms and outdoor pool need to be renovated in the future

Relaxing stay

Pros: Stayed the second time here. Food: very good, every other day was a different theme of food. (Bulgarian, Italian, Mediterranean) Swimming pool: perfect for cooling off, kinda cold but when it's hot outside,I can enjoy a cool swim. Room: big enough, all you need is there. The air conditioning was working and the cooling room was fast. View: street, so no loud noise from pool side

Cons: Pool: weird taste in my mouth (fishe taste) Animation show: I saw three 21:30 shows The Acrobat show with the swinging ring was amazing. The rest was just awful and not watchable, after 5 min we just left and some people as well. Feels like kiddish/stupid show performance. Last show was 30/08/2025. It was weird and felt strange. Random songs and people who pretend to sing, rolling on the floor, imitating a fight, tossing a chair. It looked like the Animators ran out of ideas and put everything together like kindergarten children.

Pros: Hotel interior is excellent, service on reception is good, staff could use a little more language knowledge, but things are going well and there are solutions. Room cleaning was excellent, very nice and kind room maids.The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet has a large selection of food, unfortunately no lactose or gluten-free food. In the meantime, the snack buffet is open - no one went hungry.Very nice experience.

Very good for vacation

Pros: They offer free parking car. There is a nice gay all time will help you to find a free car parking

Cons: Internet low connection. You could include Teflix or HBO or other. I did not open TV because I can understand language

Cons: 1. Very crowded in August. 2. Outside the hotel, everyone from shops, beach, parking...etc tried to rob you. No receipts, no card accepted, the price may be different depending on the seller mood. And the local parking will pick-up your car even if you leave the car for 10 min. No merci for visitors. Never again I will set foot in BG.

Pros: Reception staff were really nice and kind. The hotel is very clean also, the rooms are very clean and it a hotel kids friendly! I really liked that.

Cons: Food was really bad! I would have give a 7. Not too many options and there were days when the food was just reheated with a bad taste. We were really disappointed.In the last 3 nights we were having dinner to some local restaurants.The hotel should pay more attention to this aspect.

I had a pleasant vacation.

Pros: The breakfast contained many dishes suitable for the first meal of the day. The location is half a kilometer from the beach.

Cons: There is no room service.

Cons: Most of the places the wifi doesn’t work. but that was not a really problem, we spend our time well without this
