Lotus Family Hotel - Free Parking

Pros: Perfect location. Very clean. free breakfast and parking !!!

Simply quiet and ideal.

Pros: This is simply the best place I would like to return to, on this coast. First line, large room, nice restaurant, great barman, who becomed my friend. Quiet place, a little away from the noisy local center of night life. Wonderful staff. Wonderful manager who took care of all the necessary documents. Parking in front of the hotel. My motorcycle was welcomed. I didn't have to look for additional parking for it. Next to the hotel is a wonderful sandy beach. It even seems to have a blue flag. Nearby is the historic city of Nessebar, salt lakes, small mountains. Lidl and other big markets - 15min by car. Smal food shop - right in the hotel. Suveniers and restaurants - everywhere. We stayed with family - three persons in total. The hotel is created for family resting. Very, very nice place. It's hard to write something when everything is perfect. I just recommend it.

Pros: The room was big, clean and close to the beach. You have the option to rent sun beds and umbrellas at Kiky Beach for 10 Leva each or stay in the free zone. We had full board and the service was great with multiple options to choose from. And on top of that, you have private parking at the hotel. Just as a suggestion, since the room has enough space, I would recommend a shoe rack at the entrance and maybe a glass wall for the shower.

Another perfect stay in the Lotus

Pros: Our third time visiting this hotel and it didn't disappoint. The staff are excellent both in the hotel and restaurant, the receptionist was very welcoming and gave us all the necessary information. Our room was large and very comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Breakfast is great with a wide range of lovely food. Locatìon is perfect. Thank you Lotus!

Pros: The restaurant staff are super polite, the food is delicious. The location of the hotel is great for beach activities (some 5 mins away walking). The AC in the room was strong keeping the room cool which is nice. They offer a laundry service which is also a plus ( we were also able to get it back on the same day)

Cons: The reception staff could be more welcoming and polite, the cleaning could have been better as I wiped the floor and it was super dirty. The room itself was of a good size. The WiFi is a bit unreliable but it works. We were told that the room has a DND label for the door which was missing, which resulted in housekeeping coming into our room while sleeping. The barrier for the parking is controlled from reception which is very inconvenient if you are with a car.

Would come back

Pros: Good location, 5 min away from the beach. Good breakfast, with quality products. The budget rooms are in the back, always in the shade which means the room is cool throughout the day.

Cons: A bit noisy in the evening from the nearby terraces, but this is the case with all hotels there

Pros: Really nice hotel in a good location for a vacation in Sunny Beach. Great cuisine and tasty dishes. Approachable people, good service. And last but not least strong wifi signal ;) I can recommend this hotel.

Fabulous stay — everything was perfect from start to finish!

Pros: This was our third time staying at Hotel Lotus and once again, everything was just perfect. The rooms are big and spotless, breakfast has plenty of good options, and the location is amazing — just a short walk to the beach. A big thank you to Mr. George, always friendly and welcoming — and he made us great coffee every morning at breakfast! We also got a free room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant is excellent — tasty food and a relaxed atmosphere. Tanya and Nikki were always kind and attentive. We appreciated the 10% discount for hotel guests. Also, there's a small supermarket right downstairs — very convenient. Looking forward to coming back again!

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like — everything met our expectations.

Pros: Very Nice and clean hotel. The staff was all around us making sure we had everything we needed. I can only recommend this hotel.
