Smartline Meridian Hotel

Pros: Good location, breakfast/ dinner was good, big choice and panoramic views over SB. Nice pool and the service around the pool is good.. The room furniture is very basic, but the overall stay is positive and would go back again.

Pros: Great value for the money. Location is decent but it takes 20 min walk to get to the center, 10 min to the beach. Rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is pretty good too.

Cons: Food quality could be improved a bit.

Amazing and affordable place

Pros: The food was amazing! We were really positively surprised by the different options and how tasty it was! We would definitely come back there next year.

Ideal location for a vacation.

Pros: Great location, everything was fine. The food was good every day, with a different themed dinner each night. The drinks were also good. A nice touch was that on someone's birthday, the hotel staff would wish them a happy birthday in the evening and they would receive a half-cake and a bottle of champagne—I thought that was a really nice gesture. The room was spacious and clean. All in all, it was a great value for the money.

Cons: The parking fee was a bit expensive.

Pros: Very comfortable accommodation, colorful kind of food, variety, clear every day room. Nice restaurant up of 10 floor, in this hotel you wont be hungry ice cream was very tasty:-)

Cons: Only internet i think 4 star hotel have wifi including. You can buy internet around 30 eur a week.

Excellent experience!

Pros: Modern and stylish design with spacious rooms. The air conditioner worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. A great selection of food to suit all tastes. Very close to the beach, with beautiful panoramic views.

Pros: Have been to this hotel for 2 years running and have enjoyed it with the exception of this year 😏

Cons: An event was being held one evening in the hotel and we (4 people) decided we would go after eating our meal in the restaurant. It transpired that because we booked half board we were not allowed to buy a drink 🤦. What did they think, we would stay there all evening without a drink? It would appear that you could only have drinks if you booked full board! Perhaps a better idea would be to buy a drinks package at reception if they do not want their bar staff to handle money. Clearly, we left, disgusted. We will not be going back and I refuse to book full board because of their silly policies. Very upset client!

Great hotel with fabulous staff

Pros: The hotel is clean well furnished and all the staff are helpful and welcoming. The room are stylish and having been to Bulgaria on many occasions the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The roof top restaurant is great the breakfast menu has plenty of choose for all dietary needs

Cons: The evening meals were a bit hit and miss but there was always something to eat not suitable for fussy eaters

Pros: Fantastic hotel! From the reception to the cleaning staff. The only complaint is the parking which is expensive and the bed linen which was not changed once in 8 days. Everything else was more than expected! Have a nice vacation and a nice experience!
