Pros: Room and the pool were very nice. Room was clean in arrival

Cons: Room was never properly cleaned whilst we stayed. Would have been good for the bathroom to be at least wiped down every couple of days

Beautiful 🤩

Pros: We come every year, and this time they renovated the entire room, including the balcony. We were speechless, it's so beautiful. The breakfast is sufficient. There's a small kiosk right downstairs in the hotel where you can buy everything you need. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and not crowded. This hotel is simply wonderful for groups, families, and couples. And when you come back every year, it feels like home. And the staff become friends. I highly recommend it.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, great location, good restaurants nearby. The pool and area around it was super good. European breakfast was good.

Cons: Flushing the toilet was difficult. Water would leak from somewhere on the floor and had to be cleaned constantly.

Great time again staying at in Sunnybeach

Pros: Extremely friendly staff, who helped with anything required. Very clean hotel and Pool area. English Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again in the future

Fantastic gem of a hotel

Pros: We had a wonderful week in this hotel, which is a fantastic base - 5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to main bus station, 15 mins to Flower Street. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area and bar lovely.

Cons: The loud music around the bar/pool wasn't to our taste, but if you sat at the far end of the pool it was quieter. It didn't keep us at night as the balcony doors provide good sound-proofing!

Got lucky with this one..

Pros: Perfect location, not too far from the beach and not too far from anything really, kind of the quiet end, walk for 5-10 minutes and you come into the really active area.. Circle bar, pool, lovely staff, clean room every day, food is actually great too, I can’t fault this place I highly recommend..

Cons: I can’t fault it to be honest..

Pros: Nice, clean hotel, clean pool area, really enjoyed it as it wasn't crowded. Nice staff, especially the reception staff that was very helpful at check-in and during the stay.

Great hotel and location

Pros: Room was spacious with a lovely view, I stayed in a studio which had good cooking facilities and a washing machine which was very useful. The whole hotel is very clean. The pool area is nice always a sunbed available and the bar is great with a very chilled atmosphere the bar also serves food which is handy when spending a day at the pool also caters to vegetarians. All staff are friendly and accommodating. Cleaners came everyday provided fresh towels, lots of toilet roll and fresh bedding. Beach is close by aswell as lots of restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again next summer.

Cons: Not much I didn't like and I can't think of anything I would change. Possibly in the studio room a more comfy sofa bed but the bed in the studio was very comfy.

Centrally located in Sunny Beach!

Pros: - Centrally located. - Cocktail bar, I guess it was open 24 hr. - Not good internet, but better than many other hotels. - Near everything and beach was quite near, as restaurants and shops. - We liked our balcony and sea view. It was 10+. - Personnel were good, as in reception, as in bar and also as cleaner lady and also in Breakfast. No bad word of them. Keep on doing good work with good attitude.

Cons: - Many options for Breakfast, but only as on the tray, but good was that it may take as a take away to room. - Disappointment was that adult pool was 1,70 meter, I guess. Not good if you are not expert swimmer.
