Grand Hotel Sunny Beach - All Inclusive

Wonderful Grand Hotel in the heart of the city center few meters from the sea

Pros: This beach front Grand Hotel is just absolutely amazing, The spacious swimming pool with very comfortable sunbeds and the variety of entertainment during the evenings is perfect. The rooms are very big with modern furniture. Since the moment I checked in I felt like being at home and the guy at the reception Mr Mitko was very helpful and kind explaining everything we needed to know. Also the other 2 guys Mr Zahari and Mr Dani were very professional and so friendly. Everything was unforgettable next time I'll come to Sunny Beach I'll definitely come to this wonderful hotel.

Cons: food was not what i expected, outside bar worker was in a bad mood all the time and never didnt have wine.

Very good beachfront hotel in excellent location

Pros: Great welcome from helpful lady receptionist. Pleasant room with great sea views, food was good, breakfast had great choice and tasty. Beach and shops next to hotel. People enjoyed the entertainment.

Cons: No beach towels but we took our own. Staff who clear your drinks and food from your table when you go to the buffet again. No mention of hairdryer in room but there was one.

Pros: The hotel was a nice one, right at the beach, the view from the rooms is great especially the double superior, food was plenty and was fresh, the girl at the reception should receive a lifetime work-contract and deserves a significant raise for the way she is treating all the customers equally and always with a smile and eager to help as much as possbile to have the best accomodation. Overall the entire staff was more then ok so we had a good time.

Cons: We had a small missunderstanding regarding the room but was solved imediately and the 2 elevators should receive a software upgrade or reprogram because these don’t work properly, sometimes you wait also 10 minutes or more and is not pleasant to go down the stairs for 8-9 floors or a third elevator could be helpful as well. The paid parking right at the hote is not limited, is very limited for up to max 12 cars but there is a paid private parking not far from the hotel and there is someone that helps you to guide to there and back to the hotel.

Pros: Well-equipped, large rooms with great view for this price as a last minute booking it was good value.

Cons: Some of the receptionists are unfriendly and order a taxi for double price. Food was great and we alsways found something to eat but not high-quality.

Pros: Foods were great, staff too! We enjoyed every minute in our holiday! it was our second time here, amd not the last one! Thanks!

Excellent vacation next to the beach

Pros: Big thank you, we had a lovely holiday which from planned 3 days was extended to 6. Food was delicious, location right next to the beach, rooms clean and beds comfortable, personnel was welcoming and always polite. We shall definitely return and we highly recommend it!

Pros: Large and spacious rooms, as well as the balcony, daily cleaning, good and relatively varied food and beverages, overall good service. Sandy and large beach.

Cons: The hotel has 12 floors and only 2 elevators (we were accommodated on the 10th floor and most of the time we climbed the stairs several times a day), small pool compared to the hotel's capacity. The pool is crowded and it is almost impossible to find an available sunbed unless you go first time in the morning), the private beach is paid (9 leva is paid for each rented item: umbrella, sunbed, table).

Enjoyed it as cleaners cleaned everywere but lifts and pool area

Pros: Pool area let it down was dirty and pool it big enough also two small dirty lifts for whole do pleas we were top floor and lifts hardly came to top floor would go to 11 then go down

Cons: More lifts then 12 flights of stairs because they don’t come up and pool areas sorted out

Pros: The room was clean,tidy with nice massive balcony and beautifyl sea view....lots of food and drinks ...the staff and reception great service
