Hotel Residence Dune - Free Beach Access

Located in the popular seaside resort Sunny Beach, the impressive and stylish Dune Hotel benefits from a private beach, a swimming pool, massage studio and boutique. The elegant property offers bright-tone furnished rooms . Hotel Rules: Check-in: 14:00 - 00:00 Check-out: 07:30 - 12:00 An earlier check-in time is possible after negotiation of conditions and explicit consent of the hotel. Registration of all guests is mandatory and is done upon check-in with a valid ID. Payment is made at the reception in cash (Bulgarian leva) or with American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro cards. Late check-out is charged extra. It can be done only in the presence of available rooms and with the explicit consent of the hotel. This can be agreed the day before the check-out date. Check-out after 18:00 is charged as an overnight stay. In case of early check-out the amount for the nights remains the same as the originally agreed one. Upon departure, guests are required to inform the reception staff. It is not allowed unregistered persons to stay overnight at the hotel. The parking lot is only for hotel guests, and we would like to note that it is not guarded and the hotel is not responsible for damages to your car. The hotel is not responsible for documents and valuables left unattended. The hotel offers additional services for a fee such as: room service, laundry, ironing, beauty treatments and more. The full list can be obtained from a receptionist. Breakfast is served only in the indicated places of eating. Guests are allowed once per day. It is forbidden to take food products from the breakfast table outside the specified places of eating. The import of flammable, explosive and dangerous substances and objects is strictly prohibited on the territory of the hotel. It is forbidden to take any type of hotel property out of the hotel area. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Ironing is prohibited in the hotel rooms. For this purpose, you can contact a hotel employee to do it in the indicated ironing rooms in the hotel. Due to security reasons, please do not leave children under the age of 18 unattended in the hotel rooms as well as the common areas of the hotel. Use of the children's playground is free for hotel guests. We offer entertainment and activities that are extra paid. The use can be done only at the specified working hours of the children's playground. The guests of the hotel are responsible for all damages caused to the furniture, equipment and inventory of the hotel, as well as for the established lack of part of it. All damages are paid by the guests at prices determined by the hotel. Children and Extra Beds: All children are welcome. Free! One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a crib. Any child from 7 to 14 years is charged . Any older child or adult is charged . Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Pets are not allowed.

Excellent stay and will be back

Pros: Location is superb and can not be better. Room was nice and views were perfect. All in all it was the perfect hotel for us.

Cons: Breakfast although fresh did not really cater for hot food ie English breakfast. As this was prepared at the start of breakfast and left until the end it was cold. The continental however was very nice.

Pleasant but not a 5*

Pros: Perfect location, nice rooms and beautiful views. The beach is well maintained with comfortable sunbeds which are spaced out for privacy. I believe this is the best hotel in the area.

Cons: The breakfast was one of the worst we’ve ever seen, same stale doughnuts and cakes displayed every day, very little assortment. There were flies on the ham and cheese, found mould in the butter. The coffee machine makes all the drinks nauseating sweet. The orange juicer gets stuck everytime and requires staff intervention. Croissants finished and we’ve asked for a refill, we’ve finished the breakfast and they still didn’t refill it. Miles away from what’s expected from a 5* hotel breakfast.

Always a great stay

Pros: This was our third stay at the hotel, and we absolutely love everything about it. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel decor is beautiful. The location is excellent, right on the beach with its own private beach area. Plenty bars, restaurants, shops which puts you right in the heart of Sunny Beach. Always our 1st choice.

Pros: This is the third time we have come to this hotel, mainly for the conditions on the beach and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is mostly pleasant.

Cons: It is shameful for the hotel brand to judge guests based on how expensive their personal car is. After our car, a Toyota, was parked by the valet when we came in the front of the hotel, we were asked for the key after two days to make room for more expensive cars and our car was moved somewhere on the outskirts. This situation was repeated also in previous stays. We consider this attitude to be unhonorable for the hotel, we are at an age where we are not interested in having the latest type of car to impress, we come for the Heliomarina cure and we paid honestly for the accommodation for two weeks, not for a few days. As a result, we would expect to be judged for how much we pay on the hotel bill and not for how expensive our car is.

Pros: The cleanliness of the hotel, the location on the seafront. The staff on the beach is friendly and communicates in English. The maids do not know English, but they are diligent and you can understand them with the help of the translation on the phone.

Cons: This is our third stay at this hotel. We had a reservation for 2 weeks. In the first week the linen was changed every 2 days, in the second week it did not change at all in the last 5 days. As in other years, the breakfast is unchanged every single day using \

Perfect hidesway in Sunny beach

Pros: Great cocktails. Great beach access with comfortable loungers. Beach waitresses very good. Beach guys very friendly.

Cons: Rooms/decor a little dated. No access by taxi to the door we had to carry our luggage to nearest taxi rank this happened on both drop off and pick up.
