Flamingo Beach Hotel

Pros: We had an amazing time at Flamingo Beach Hotel, the staff is really friendly and helpful and the facilities are in good shape. The breakfast 🥞 is the cherry on the top and the location of the hotel makes it a perfect fit for families. Would definitely come back! Cheers 🍻

Cons: We had some noisy neighbours, but you can't have them all... Common sense is a lost virtue.

Great Location but Lacking in Comfort and Service

Pros: The hotel's location was excellent, being close to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the seaside. We appreciated the convenience of having a mini supermarket within the hotel. The swimming pool was a nice feature, and the food met our expectations.

Cons: The WiFi situation was disappointing, as the signal strength was weak even in the lobby. The lifts were problematic, unable to function properly with three or more people, requiring us to split our group to use them. The reception staff could have been more proactive and accommodating; they seemed mostly young and inexperienced. Additionally, the lack of a proper air-conditioning system throughout the hotel, including in the halls and restaurant, was noticeable.

Pros: The tranquility of the resort, although it is near the beach promenade

Amazing location, very beautiful hotel

Pros: Amazing location, 1 min to the beach and very central Rooms are large and spacious Facilities are comfortable and luxurious Most of the food was delicious. Breakfast was better than dinner but it was quite nice anyway

Cons: Not a great selection of food at dinner and some shortage of glasses. The cutlery was large and not the most comfortable to use. The coffee machine ( the free one) was the worst I've ever tried but even with all that the overall experience and impression is very positive

Ok (just some small issues)

Pros: -very close to beach (just main street and beach) -nice swimming pool with a little park for the kids -good food (dinner was excelent) - wine and beer included at dinner (maybe if they put tables for 2 they will have more space ) -good room , good beds, AC, tv etc(bath renovated ) -daily cleaning -friendly staff at the reception (except at the pool bar , the staff was a little rude) -store inside the hotel

Cons: -the fitness center was really unsafe (old room with old equipment)- it's better not to say to guest they have one... -small and expensive parking (20bgn/day) -no internet. Sometimes it worked in the lobby but very low (in vacation maybe it's a good thing :) ) -the bathroom was flooded very easy -no net at balcony door , every night we had mosquitos

Pros: - very good and varied dinners (but poor breakfasts) - 1-2 min walk from the beach (9 lev for an umbrella + 9 lev for the sunbed) - super quiet hotel: no noise from surrounding hotels; good soundproof: no noise from the other rooms - amazing sea-view from the balcony (we had a sea-view room on the top floor). You can even see the waves and the seagulls on the beach - the reception can give you a hairdryer and a kettle - 5-7 min walk from the bus stop if you feel like going to Nesebr

Cons: - no WIFI in the rooms (even if you are ready to pay for it - still there is none!). Free wifi only on reception area, but sometimes it's really slow (not good enough to make a whatsapp call). - no hot water for breakfast and dinner - you have to use the water cooler - very poor cleaning. When we arrived the room was spotless, but for the 10 days of our stay the cleaning only consisted of throwing away the rubbish and changing the towels 3 times. They never washed the floor or the sink. There was some sand and crumbs on the carpet, but they didn't even use the vacuum cleaner. - no toilet or shower near the swimming-pool - note that if your room is on the ground floor with \

Great hotel, excellent price-quality ratio.

Pros: At the moment we arrived (after 11.30 pm), the staff pleasantly surprised us, they had prepared a small late dinner, which pleased us after the flight was delayed. In addition, they arranged a taxi (and stored luggages) for us on the day of departure, which significantly reduced our travel costs. In general, I rate the staff very positively, including the cleaners, who performed their work responsibly every day of our stay. The hotel is in a great location, through the gate you are right on the beach. We were also pleased with the plenty of sunbeds by the pool and with temerature of water. The food was also good, you could always choose something else for breakfast and dinner.

Cons: The water drain in the bathroom was a bit bad, Wi-Fi only in common areas.

Pros: Престоят ми в х-л Фламинго бийч беше повече от прекрасен! Всичко беше на ниво - от уютните и чисти стаи до невероятното обслужване на персонала, който беше винаги усмихнат и готов да помогне. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна , а условията в хотела-комфортни и добре поддържани. Атмосферата беше приятна и релаксираща , а местоположението - идеално за плаж и забавления. 🙂 Чувствах се като у дома си и определено бих се върнала отново. Препоръчвам хотела на всеки, който търси комфорт, добро обслужване и незабравими моменти. ❤️

Cons: Нямаше нещо, което да не ми хареса. Хотела наадмина очакванията ми .

Pros: Zilnic schimbată lenjeria și prosoapele. Curățenia la superlativ. Locație foarte aproape de plajă. Grădina din jurul bazinului foarte bine îngrijită ,cu gazonul tuns aproape zilnic. Am primit cameră cu vedere la bazin fără cost suplimentar. Program tv românesc. Instalațiile sanitare executate din componente de cea mai bună calitate. Se observă renovare recentă. Bucătar de mare clasă, cu toate că nu l-am cunoscut. Mâncare diversificată și proaspătă pentru toate gusturile. Recepționerul foarte amabil și preocupat pentru interesul turistului.

Cons: Greu de găsit locația, pentru că hotelul odată cu renovarea a căpătat actuala denumire de Flamingo, denumire care se confundă cu un alt hotel, cu același nume. Chiar nu au putut găsi alt nume pentru a nu fi confundate? Exces de zel din partea autorităților locale, care în timp ce mă aflam la recepție ptr finalizarea formalităților de cazare și permisiunea de a accesa parcarea hotelului, au ridicat mașina din stradă, irosind timp și costuri suplimentare pentru recuperare din locuri necunoscute, făra să cunosc limba.

Pros: Закуската беше разнообразна и достатъчно количество заедно и с предлаганите напитки.
