Sol Nessebar Bay Hotel

Pros: The room was nice, beds were super comfy, food was good, staff was friendly.

Cons: Cold cuts were pork only. Was missing turkey ham or beef salami.

Cons: I guess the balcony door could do with a mosquito net! Other than that, pretty perfect :)

Good all-inclusive hotel with great food and atrocious internet

Pros: Food was great. Both selection and quality. A lot of snacks everywhere available almost all the time. Water and juices available everywhere. Water coolers on every floor so you can get water late at night if you need it. A lot of activities for children and adults. Daily shows, competitions. Small advice - study everything the hotel has to offer. There are a lot of places and you wouldn't want to miss any of them Staff was friendly and overall trying to help with all your issues. We had a faulty shower head and child's cot - both were replaced instantly. The reception is friendly and answers all your questions. Good access to the beach. With sunbeds and umbrellas available. A lot of pools, all are kids friendly. Water taxi to old Nessebar is also available there.

Cons: Internet. It would be better if you didn't have it at all. It barely works in some places and doesn't work at all in others. We stayed on the 5th floor and it only worked in the toilet. And even then it was maxing out at 1MB if you are very lucky. A lot of somewhat absurd rules (you are not supposed to come to the lunch in flip flops.. in a summer resort.. where EVERYONE is in flip flops). But nobody follows any of them. It would be nice to get a more adequate set rules that you actually enforce. Like you are not supposed to jump in the pools. But everyone does. The gym is basically unusable. Most of the equipment is either already broken or on the verge of breaking. Barbell is missing the stopper so the plates might fall on your feet. 2 machines straight show the errors that they need maintenance. One had a broken cable.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful views, tasty various food, entertainment, beach, pools, beautiful territory, aquapark- everything was great! Best hotel in Bulgaria to spend your vacation!!!

An excellent choice for families with kids, just dig into your pocket if you want good quality alcohol!

Pros: The staff, the variety of food, the beach and the water parks, the pools, the size of the rooms.

Cons: The alcoholic beverages! The beer was mostly sparkling water, the wine was a mixture of bad wine and water, the hard liquor was poor quality!

Pros: You just cannot get hungry! There is food somewhere all the time. It is delicious. The coffee bar on each floor. The room is spacious. The atmosphere/ambiance. It is a huge resort with lots of opportunities.

Cons: Nothing at all. The sea is not that attractive, but after all, it is the Black Sea and you should not expect much.

This is one of my favorite places at the Black Sea side, the food and the facilities are great!

Pros: It was our second time here for us, I like the food, the pools, the programme for kids, it's all very well organized and comfortable.

Cons: The smell in our room - it rained a few days before we arrived and the carpet in the room with soaked and smelly.

Pros: Excellent food; very polite staff at the reception desk; spacious bedrooms; clean swimming pools, overall, very well-maintained resort. We have visited the resort couple of times 3-4 years ago and it still offers very good service as before.
