Perfect amazing service, lovely facilities and a truly welcoming vibe

Feeling the Soul of Melia

Pros: Everything. We've been here for a couple of times and everything is at the highest level: location (very close to the beach, a 5 min walk), hotel staff (from the receptionist, the cleaning staff, to those who serve the restaurants), the food (very good and varied), the beach (clean, with shower, toilet and free beach bar) and of course, the room, where the people here made us a special surprise, with a free upgrade.

Pros: A large and spacious room with a wide balcony. Good service, good food, great facilities, and kind people. The hotel is centrally located with direct access to Sunny Beach’s main promenade, and just a one-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has its own designated area on the beach with sunbeds, a lounge offering soft drinks, ice cream, and more. Overall, the hotel met our expectations and needs for this vacation perfectly. Thank you very much – keep up the great work!

Cons: The outdoor pools are cold, but there is also an indoor heated pool at a temperature of 27°C, which is also quite empty of people. The mattress we had in the room wasn’t good, but when we mentioned it, they replaced it within a few minutes. Overall, it's a central and well-equipped resort in Sunny Beach.

Pros: The food was excellent, the stuff helpful, the beach nearby, parking was at the hotel. If you have younger kids, the entertainment is superb

Cons: The pool area overcrowded, guests had their towels on the sunbeds before breakfast, there were enough sunbeds on the beach though.

All in all, the stay was pleasant, with a few minor exceptions mentioned above.

Pros: All facilities, a large complex near the sea, very good for families with children.

Cons: The staff does not speak English. There is no parking, and the security guards do not allow you to stop in front of the reception to unload your luggage — they are quite rude. The sunbeds on the beach are far from the water, placed at the back of the beach. The drinks are of very poor quality and are only served in plastic cups.
