A hotel where definitely I will come back

Pros: Best hotel from the Bulgarian coastline in which We have stayed (this was our 8th vacation in Bulgaria in the last 20 years). Excellent quality of meals, with a good diversity of food. Every dinner had a speciality from chef. The room was spacious, with a beautiful sea view. Hotel staff were polite and respectful. Some big pluses are the private parking (including some underground parking places), the pool and the private beach with sun beds and umbrella included.

Cons: The hotel staff should be more firmly in applying the rules regarding the unattended towels left on the sun beds.

Pros: Large and clean rooms, beautiful sea view, food was tasty and diverse, friendly staff (willing to help even if some of them are not speaking English)

Cons: Pool water temperature. For us it did not matter (we don't use the pool when we have the sea), but I saw a lot of people sitting on the pool sunbeds and almost none entered the water.

Great value for money!

Pros: The breakfast and dinner self service, exceptional! Great pool, lobby has a nice bar.

Cons: housekeeping was late for a couple of days (1-2PM). Parking is not well organized, but the staff is very helpful and everything is solved at the end.

Pros: Great location with nice sea view from the room; the food was great, varied and well cooked. Clean room. The beach is nice and the entrance in the sea smooth, great for kids.

Cons: The water in the pool was freezing cold, could not enjoy it much, the sea water was much more pleasant. Also, i would suggest to raise the prices a bit and include basic drinks in the dinner package.
