Pros: I liked the reaction of the restaurant staff, the young people who were in charge of clearing the tables.

Cons: It would help if the reception staff were more empathetic and sought solutions to meet customer needs.

Amazing family holiday

Pros: Very nice friendly hotel Excellent location The apartment we stay was spacious clean with big balcony and plenty of beds

Cons: The food could be better quality ,the meat wasn’t great quality and the food gets to stay long and taste dry maybe smaller amounts of food but to be taken out more often

Pros: Staff friendly, facilities clean. Perfect for kids with the water slides. Stones throw to the beach.

Cons: Shop quite expensive on site. Food, same each evening could do with more variety. Really disappointed in the adult entertainment, there was none! Perfect if you have little ones, show for them fabulous. Entertainment after that dire! Stayed mostly in the apartment at night playing board games. For a full round package for everyone at the hotel, would have been nice to have this. Only entertainment for one evening was a tribute Elvis act. On other point the hotel really lets itself down. When vacating your room at 11am - Most flights do not leave till midnight. The hotel has a baggage storage, but no shower, washing facilities. If you have been sat around in the baking sun all day, would have been nice to freshen up somewhere, instead of having to have a wash in the toilets from the sink!!!!! ☹️

Pros: Very much enjoyed our stay, good location.Various food and different dishes every day.

It was a great time with family.

Pros: Not in the noisy centre. I loved the view from up the coast. Great food, great entertainment for kids.

Cons: The beach is a small.

We liked the place and we recommend it.

Pros: The staff was very helpful, good location and good value for money. The room and the pools were clean. We liked the outdoors activities (morning yoga and evening shows).

Cons: We stayed at 5th floor, the A/C was plăcea above the bed and too noisy but without it we couldn’t sleep because it was too hot weather at the end of August.

Great place for a secondary holiday

Pros: Stayed for almost a week with my family - overall good experience, best things about it were: - food: very diverse, tasty and some coffee/drinks were also included - beach: extremely nice beach, although you should know sunchairs are not included (and not really worth the price, either) - shops & facilities: there's a really nice supermarket within the complex, along with a spa and outdoor fun areas

Cons: While the stay was good, the service was not always top-notch: - the reception staff was rigid - nobody changed the bedsheets during our stay - the waiters at the restaurant are like vultures ready to grab your plate as soon as you finish eating; it's hard to enjoy eating a peaceful meal because of this, please train the servers to have better manners - pool area can get pretty crowded - didn't see any lifeguards on the beach

Pros: Although the place has many rooms there was not crowd at the pool and at the restaurant. The location is near the sea (at 2 minutes walk). Some of the rooms have sea sight. The access in the yard of the resort is restricted to the guests.

Cons: I have booked an appartment for me, my wife and my two children. The matrimonial bed was ok, but the extensible bed from the living room was not confortable at all. Anyway, this was the only problem that I found it during my seven days there.

Pros: Чудовий готель, велика, зелена, чиста та охайна територія, приємний персонал, дуже смачне та різноманітне харчування. На території готеля є два дитячих майданчика, цікава дитяча анімація та дитяча кімната. Чудове місце для комфортного сімейного відпочинку.
