Nice hotel for families
Pros: Everything was clean. The apartment was large with all you need in it, even if you don't take food included in the offer, there is a supermarket in the resort with normal prices. We had breakfast and dinner included, the food was good, diverse enough, we enjoyed the shows performed by the team at dinner with specific thematic. We eat lunch at the beach bars or at the pool restaurant, it was good. All facilities are grouped well, kids playgrounds near the pools. The kids were thrilled for the slides. There are kids shoes every evening. There was even a spuma party at the kids pool one day. There were enough places at the restaurant, enough seats at the pool all the time, free parking from the hotel with enough spots. Friendly team in the entire hotel. See water was warm enough at end of August. The sand is niiice.
Cons: The mattresses on the beds were a little hard for us in both rooms (bedroom and living room). The water in the pool had maximum 24 degrees during our entire stay. It was cold for us so we used the pools only for the slides but for short periods of time. The hotel does not have it's own beach. The beach is public, it has zones with sunbeds for 30 Bgn (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella) and free zones where you can put your own sheet/umbrella. There is no waiter at the sunbed. If you want to drink/eat something, you go to the beach bar (there are more in the area).

Pros: One of the best hotels we have been to. Clean rooms, simply excellent food. The kids enjoyed the pool, the water was a little cold. I would like to praise a girl at the reception named Yelena who helped us stay at the hotel for a few more hours after check-out. Special thanks to the chef and all the girls working in the dining room for the very tasty food and the cleanliness of the dining room. Of course we will return to this hotel again.

Pros: very good and varied food: sushi, squid, pasta, clams, octopus, beef, chicken and many others. You will find sun loungers at the two pools even if you arrive after 10:00. The beach is opposite the resort. You go out and go down the stairs. The entrance to the water is smooth. It is very clean both in the room and in the restaurant. In the hotel you will find a supermarket with cheap prices. There is a large staff and I want to thank them because they do a wonderful job.

Great place for holiday
Pros: Everything was great. The room, the mini kitchen, the curtains blocked the sunlight perfectly, the beach was ok at no extra cost, the parking was included and had plenty of spots, the cleaning staff was very helpful, the beach towels were changed every day
Cons: We were surprised at how much more expensive (including for kids) it was to have dinner or lunch at this hotel compared to going to any restaurant, so we preferred the restaurant

Nice pool, good food and facilities.
Pros: Facilities, food, size of the apartment. Location in front of the sea.
Cons: The room is more 3 stars, but the facilities are making the hotel 4 stars. I didn’t appreciate that for us and our friends in the day of the check out at 10.40 the cards of the rooms were disabled. The check out was at 11.00. Also the reception called to see if we need help for luggage. If with 3 minutes before the card was disabled you feel like you're in a hurry to vacate the room. Which is not a nice feeling, after you stayed there for a few days.

Pros: Clean, it’s my fourth year here, really nice for an all inclusive, food is great, doesn’t look like all inclusive, you can find a seat at the pool at any hour, the beach has nice sand and clean water

Great 7-day family stay with 2 little children.
Pros: All and all it is a great place to stay if you have children. The resort is safe. A child cannot run away, which gives you a sense of tranquility. Food is very good and various. Almost every night there is some entertainment at the buffet. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Pools are big and there is always enough pool beds and shade to go around. Staff is good and helpful. Everything is tight. It was great value for money. Probably the best you can get in Bulgarian seaside.
Cons: The pictures presented some sort of private beach, which is not the case. There is no private beach for the resort so keep in mind that you either have to pay for it or bring your own umbrella :) But this is just nitpicking. The resort is great!
