“Good family stay in a spacious cozy hotel, but cleanliness and reception need improvement”

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for the second time, having first visited two years ago and been very satisfied, which is why we chose to return. It is an excellent family-friendly hotel with fresh, varied food. The pool bar deserves special mention – the food there is always fresh and perfect for children who get hungry after swimming. The staff are friendly, and the hotel offers kids’ activities, evening entertainment, water acrobatics, and yoga – a great mix for the whole family. The pools remain clean even in peak season, which is not always the case elsewhere. We also dined at the Tavern, which was charming, with attentive service. They surprised us with a bottle of wine for a birthday celebration, which was a lovely gesture. Overall, the hotel is ideal for a family vacation – calm, clean, fun, and delicious. We would gladly return for a third time.

Cons: The level of cleanliness has noticeably declined over the past two years. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a trash bin full of waste from the previous guests. Daily cleaning was only average, and white socks quickly turned black from the floor. The reception staff were not very welcoming. The dark-haired young man who checked us in and out was unfriendly, gave short and dismissive answers, and left an unpleasant impression. However, apart from the reception, the rest of the staff were polite and friendly.

Pros: the hotel is big and very clean, the food was wonderful and the pool, and the spa was excellent. the reception staff was not very helpful.

My 14yeqr old son said it was truly riveting experience!🙃

Pros: The hotel was in a good location,plenty of entertainment,plenty of pools in multiple locations,gym and sauna included ,95% of staff were good w few of people very what looked like overworked and sad/no interaction nor smiles/. Plenty of slides options for the kids and adults Even the bigger slides allow double ring w younger kids and the slide is v gentle Food was good. There is plenty through the day from 7.30am All day long snack bar w everything you need to feed the kids. Drinks everywhere Bars open till midnight. Gym was ok with sauna x 3 options included,massage and beauty on extra charge. WiFi everywhere Mini golf for all. Rooms are spacious.We were 2 adults and 2kids w plenty space in one bed app.Kids in lounge w bed for each.We request extra bed which was like folding single sofa and there was double folding sofa Bathroom w all and good size There was a payable parking 20lv per day ☺️

Cons: Only minor things on the view of the whole experience: Payed parking at which there was no space so they make us park by side of building which is still inside behind the barrier but is on the main entrance towards buildings and is on a slope. Obviously is bound to happen that something someone somewhere will do a bump This someone was me at the last day just as I was about to check out. As I said is a slope so there where 4 cars behind each other and one of the cars struggled so went back into me. It was not big damage but still….. At the reception when I gave my key they didn’t even ask me how was my stay.I had to tell them about the parking situation.And since there was no further questions of how was rest if the stay I did not point the rest. Food was good as I said but sometimes some of the options too salty. Also after 9 pm no food anywhere so kids naturally will be left hungry….as happened w ours the first night as they eat every few h as they are always in a move There was couple of crisp options but they were at cost. There is shop but closes at 8pm.And the hotel is remote (which is good). Also there was taverna that was open till 10 pm but acc to leaflet is rebook only and once per stay.So I e start getting some food from snack bar like hot dog etc for later on when kids search for food. Often there was poss not enough people around as things where in a need of refill Like at lunch when all starts or in snack bar placing the ketchup /mayo and they are not refilled As much as servers were running around it felt like there only had 2 hands. Game room-I understand charges may/possibly will occur but in my opinion there were no need of this room altogether We are on holiday ,park is right next to it and entertaining theatre right there which was much better option than kids get stuck in yet again more electronics! As shiny things like this are hard to be missed….

Pros: The location is really clean. The entertainment programme is diverse. 3 pools +1 for children that offered enough space for everybody.

Cons: There is only 1 room access card for 4 persons You can not pay by card at the spa zone.

It was fine for a short stay

Pros: It was modern and relatively comfortable the staff were friendly

Pros: The staff,the facilities perfect! We even needed a doctor for our daughter and they offered us solution for 10 minutes. The pools very clean all of them, staff very helpful very friendly.. everywhere clean . The food perfect.. even the parking was in shade.

Very nice place for family with children .

Pros: Swimming pool and all activities on the evening, big big like

Cons: Parking payment, they ask to pay for the parking

It was our 3rd time there, depending on the price we would like to go back.

Pros: Evening programs, wide choice of foods, beverages all day. Plenty of space in the rooms.

Cons: However their is a sticker in the bathroom to reuse the towels, the cleaning staff every singe took all the the towels, even the untouched ones. In the auditorium of the evening programs smoking should be prohibited and also next to the pools. Game room little bit expensive. A night buffet would be wonderful.

Pros: Rooms were comfortable, the food was very good. A big variety, and delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful. The spa is very good.

Pros: Everything was amazing. Can’t wait to go there again
