Premier Fort Sands Resort - Full Board

Stay at Premier Fort with full board.

Pros: It is our first time in Premier Fort Sands Resort, we have been in the same complex but staying at Prestige Sands Resort(6 times before-with meals at the same restaurant). Likes: - games area that was available all day (kids had a blast there) - water slides - 1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed in one bedroom flat - improved the “show” area, too bad it has taken off the nice view - amused check in clerks when we said if earlier to check in is ok (30min early), nice gift for the kids though. - great food (although the variation of food has decreased - 2 years ago it was way better!), mostly ok although reuses meats go to “soups” but with increased attention as to using them while they are not altered! Great soups by the way! - cleaning (9/10 at arrival, not had a change of sheets although we stayed for 6 nights and it should have been changed once - maybe organise this better dear MANAGER) - some welcome teas….having a small kitchen and a washing machine.

Cons: - cleaning ladies only mopped once in 7 days (did not hoover), only changed the towels we left on the floor withouth hooveribg the sand off the floors or mopping on the other days. - we received a room behind the water slides and there was noone overseing the fact that there were kids hsing them even ar 21-22-23.00 hours, jumping over the gates! - we were not told at the reception that we had one “a la carte dinner” included - no sheets change although we left the “make up my room” sign hanging on our 3rd day(at the middle of the stay) - water in the pools is freezing! We stayed 27.08-02.09…. Freezing as never! Must install a pool heating system! Just invest some$$$$! - animation team…. Please guys, you must try harder! Boys are ok but most of the girls are more interested in what they feel/how they look, seem ashamed of doing this job….they had a very sad face when doing yoga or being with the kids,or at adults activities….this is awful, I refused to let the kids with such sad people! (The tall and a bit fuller girl is quite ok, the skinny ones, omg-just do something else!) - food is mostly tastefull but…. Please pass this to the chef in the main restaurant: please, pretty please STOP putting sauces on meats! There are kids with allergies, people with illnesses that are not allowed to have sauce! Just leave the meat plain and put the sauce on a side! I only had salmon that was not with sauce on top. Could not have chicken drumstick,fish,etc because they put sauce on it(and no note on what the sauce is made of). Maybe I don’t like sauce. Would have appreciated plain fish! - last days the girls in main restaurant started questionin people about bracelets(we were there a long time and they knew our faces!), felt like doind something wrong for being early to lunch! 😳😳😳😳 - chaiselongues are terrible. And way tooooooo many! Just organise the stuff to put some on piles. More than half are empty and there is no room to go on/off of them!

A wonderful place to stay with family and friends.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment, the food and the staff were outstanding. We enjoyed every minute there.

Pros: Amazing location, just next to the beach! Great food, quite a variety. The food changed every day having different thematics i.e. Italian Night., Chinese Night... The apartment we rented had a balcony overseeing the sea, and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff were extra helpful, and they responded promptly to all our requests. We received a complementary cake and shampagne to celebrate an important event for us. We loved all the outdoor activities organised for adults and children.

Pros: The hotel is located very close to the beach and has 3 swimming pools (with slides ) which is so good if you have kids, everything is close and you don’t need to go for a long distance. Food is very good, you have a variety of options and is very tasty! Everything is clean and you have a feeling that you are at home.

Cons: Wi-Fi connection is very bad.

Great for families

Pros: - very clean - great AC - superb food - great beach for kids

Cons: - evening disco/dance/singing could be way too loud if your balcony is at a sea side (Block F) is at 20.30 and 21.30

Good stay for the summer

Pros: A lot of facilities in the complex & animation activities Close to the beach Nice view & well maintained compound Friendly & helpful staff

Cons: Room dusty, cleaning could use an improvement Food medium quality Adult drinks not included in Full Board (not even coffee at lunch & dinner) No private beach

Pros: Престоят ни при вас беше изключително приятен. Хотелът впечатлява с отлично поддържана база, внимание към всеки детайл и уютна атмосфера. Всичко е изпипано с вкус и професионализъм. Отношението и забавленията за децата са страхотни, персонала е млад и много приветлив. Нямаме никакви забележки и определено няма да бъде последното ни посещение. Благодарим ви за високото ниво на обслужване и комфорт!❤️

Pros: Musím přiznat, že tak dobře jsem se v žádném hotelu ještě nikdy nenajedl. Vaři tam opravdu velice dobře. Servis od personálu je excelentní na úrovni 5* hotelů.

Cons: Nevim, jaký manažer se tam stará o jejich webové stránky, ale do teď tam nemají aktualizované ceníky menu, i na pokojích mají QR kódy na ceník, (vše z roku 2024), ceny jsou reálně i o 30-40% vyšší... Je to ostuda, protože to kazí celkový dojem z hotelu, který bych jinak hodnotil maximálním počtem. Zapracujte na tom, tohle se dá opravit za jeden den, a je to ostuda...

Fetita mea isi doreste sa revenim aici in vara anului viitor. :)

Pros: Totul a fost la superlativ! Am avut o experienta placuta, din toate punctele de vedere.
