Neptun Beach Hotel has a perfect beachfront location and is situated in the heart of Sunny Beach Resort, just a few metres from the sandy beach. Bulgaria 🇧🇬

It could’ve been better for the money we paid.

Pros: We liked almost everything about the hotel. The location, the food, the pool was clean and the beach was right in front of us.

Cons: We didn’t like the way the staff treated us. We are Bulgarians , but the moment we started talking in Bulgarian we were side-eyed. We had to talk in English so we are treated like people. Staff-1/10. The beach bar staff especially. The reception was fine.

Perfect stay

Pros: Location, cleanliness, everything is excellent! Great animation team! Thank you Paco! The boys on the pool bar are super! This year also free sun beds on the beach!

Cons: Nothing. May be I missed variety of fish for dinner compared to previous years.

Pros: Hotel was clean. Often changing bed and towels. Also free places at the beach (didnt expext that). Located in a good place, lots supermarkets around. Tasty food is a super plus. Lots things to choose from.

Nice hotel, would 100% stay again.

Pros: Large clean rooms and a decent pool. Beach access is just across the path in front of the hotel. Food was great for a buffet.

Cons: Staff could have been a little friendlier. I felt the hotel catered for the German clients more than English. Minor issue as the stay was great.

Cons: No beach subbeds included. The jacuzzi tub was not heated and it had some tiles missing which looked in complete antithesis with the rest of the hotel.

Decent AI stay with good value for money

Pros: Clean and big rooms, comfortable bed Location in front of the beach and near center, but at the same time not noisy

Cons: Food & drinks variety, with same basic food every day. Once some dishes finish, they are no longer replaced. Very light All inclusive from my point of view, a lot of services with extra charge, including beach sunbeds
