Great value for money

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near the seaside. Regrettably, our arrival coincided with the end of their season, even though the weather was quite warm. The staff members were exceptionally attentive and helpful. The meals in the restaurant were delicious, and I always looked forward to dining there. I would like to commend Ilko, the waiter, who was very patient with us, as well as everyone at the reception.

Cons: The reception desk closes at 8 pm during our stay. We are uncertain of the reason, perhaps due to the season's end. Should any assistance be needed, one would have to go to the security station, as there are no telephones in the bedrooms. It could also be a long walk depending on where your room is situated

Pros: The quiet,the position,parking space.breakfast îs more than enough for everyone,even for children(îți has eggs,cheese,vegetables,fruits,sweets,coffee,tea,juices). The swimming pools were gorgeous.

Cons: The bathroom has no doar between shower zone and the rest and there is Water that can get from one zone to the other.but îs ok If You are there in the summer because IT dries out.

Pros: Good location, next to the beach with easy access.

Cons: There's a lot of noise from the road if you leave the bedroom window open. There's an AC so leaving it open is not always necessary.

Great complex

Pros: The complex is great! Good food at the breakfast and the restaurant, great and very polite staff. The room was very big with a big balcony. The parking lot was included in the price. It's also 10 minutes away from Sozopol and 5 minutes away from Chernomorets, both by car. Having 4 pools on site is a great addition, regardless the complex is located right on the beach. Also, it seems to be a very safe complex, due to big amount of surveillance cameras around the complex. There are a lot of places to visit around the near cities.

Cons: The inside parking has the entrance a bit abrupt, so we scratched the car underneath (on the sides), but with no bigger damage. We still choose to park inside, for safety reasons, as they have surveillance cameras everywhere. Even the tallest cars had some issues with the abrupt entrance. Regardless, the parking lot was full all the time. Anyway, there is a huge parking in front of the complex for shorter cars.

Nice complex

Pros: The reception staff were lovey. The cleaning staff were lovely. We went towards end of season so a lot of it was closed. Only one restaurant open on site and spa area was closed. The staff in the restaurant were overall friendly.

Cons: You would assume the sun loungers in the beach are included as they are shown on the brochure but some one tried to charge us 40 lev for 4 sun loungers and umbrella

Really great location

Pros: It has everything in one place. It’s on the beach and has a private parking.

Cons: The breakfast isn’t really great - rotten fruit, shells left in the eggs etc

Best resort in the area of Gradina

Pros: The location is perfect, directly at the beach. The room was spacious and clean. Other facilities in the resort are very convenient as well.

Cons: Breakfast is nothing spectacular and some products are gone very fast.

Lovely stay

Pros: The pools are well maintained, the resort is very clean

Nice but overpriced

Pros: Nice hotel/place, pretty quite and not very crowded

Cons: Waaay to expensive for what they offer
