great, I was there for the third time

Pros: The beach, the pool, the aqua park, show arena, the flower alleys and gardens, the huge parking lot, beer and many more

Cons: the food and drinks are plentiful but some of them could be tastier

It was fun and in overal we enjoyed.

Pros: We were re-directed to hotel Marina Royal for the price paud for Marina beach hotel. Overall food was much better compared to Marina beach hotel.

Cons: The fan in the bathoroom - it was too noisy and the last night we difficulty went asleep because the noise from the fan was like from a grasshopper. We closed the door of the bathroom and still the noise was hearable. The hotel has alot of stairs and wouldn't be appropriate for older people.

Pros: friendly stuff, very nice beach area, nice animation activities, over all very nice property area and facilities, very good place for family vacation

Cons: room was spacious but a bit out of date furnitures and carpet

Pros: The hotel is very nice, with a lot of activities, animation team was the best!

Cons: The food was basic, eatable, but sometimes a few types of food were not cooked at all, like raw potatoes

Pros: Front beach hotel clean rooms , nice and sandy beach, staff was very polite,

Pros: The location was amazing, breakfast, lunch and dinner very good

Pros: The staff was very good. The view is fantastic. The activities are diversified.

Cons: Too much chiken for lunch and dinner, The equipment at the toilets in the room must be changed. And the same from the toilets in the resort. The smell is very bad.

Pros: Location is perfect, right next to the beach and a big pool. Restaurant is just in front of the elveator :) Food was pretty good with large variety of choices. The beach is quite nice with enough room for everyone and featuring football and volleyball playgrounds. And of course, the best of it all is the Entertainment crew and the non-stop fun events they are organizing. Especially the theater events. This is the thing that is holding the whole resort together.

Cons: The whole resort is already a bit overused and outdated. Rooms, restaurants, bathrooms all can use some renovation. Plastic cups and straws should be halted. Also a bit annoying is that upon arrival you are presented with a sheet of rules, including that reserving a sunbed/umbrella with towels and personal belongings is forbidden. But noone cares and umbrellas at the front rows were covered with kids toys and other luggage even overnight. As usual in Bulgaria, the rules only apply to those who want to follow them.

Pros: Въпреки кусурите, имаше и неща, които си останаха истински приятни. Плажът беше чист, златен и спокоен — онзи тип място, където вълните ти шепнат да забравиш света. Морето беше топло, ласкаво, като че те познава от деца. Комплексът си остава красив и поддържан, с онзи характерен уют на Дюни, който трудно се бърка с друго. Стаите — комфортни, чисти, свежи. А атмосферата… спокойна. Идеална за човек, който иска да си поеме въздух и да избяга от хаоса. Имаше и служители, които въпреки умората, бяха мили и внимателни — и точно те правят престоя по-човешки и по-топъл.

Cons: Тази година престоят ми в Дюни остави смесени чувства. Морето си беше приказка, но самото обслужване… ех, нещо куцаше. Храната беше доста по-оскъдна в сравнение с юни месец – все едно шведската маса е минала на диета без предупреждение. Персоналът беше малоброен и видимо изморен, което се усещаше и в обслужването. Анимацията също пострада – половината от аниматорите си бяха тръгнали и програмата беше бедна, без онзи живец и настроение, които правят Дюни специални. На фона на всичко това цената просто не отговаря на това, което получаваш. Очаквах повече, особено за място с такъв стандарт. Надявам се следващия сезон да върнат блясъка, защото потенциал има Говоря за месец септември или да дадат по ниски цени.

Мечта

Pros: Обширни, чисти стаи. Аниматорите са топ. Локация топ. Амфитеатъра и представленията надминаха очакванията ни..

Cons: Фитнеса е под всякаква критика, всичко изпочупено, изобщо не се вписва с конфорта който предлага мястото. Масите на основния ресторант не се поддържат,.мръсни са, столовете лепнат. Бармана с брадата отвън в ресторанта е арогантен, обслужването в лоби бара е на съвсем друго много добро ниво.
