Nice stay in Marina Royal Palace Hotel

Pros: Superb location, on a hill nearby Black Sea. Amazing view from the room (sea view room). Clean room, mini-bar always full with water and drinks. Many facilities, including large pools,, very clean. Clean beach, clean sea water.

Cons: Food. In 7 days, same sort of food with little variation, even with the feeling that food was reused next days in other types of serving. Some of the personel very beginer and very bored that they need to serve the customers. First 5 stars hotel in which i didn't have room slippers. Overall, good experience, but...with all the facilities that this complex has, it can be 10+ experience.

Pros: The location is perfect with a private fine sandy beach. The hotel is perfectly maintained with a lot of green areas.

Cons: We paid for a room with see view but we had more like a corner room with partial view.

Comfortable, picturesque, active holiday, civilisation intertwined with nature

Pros: The resort is situated in a picturesque landscape, hotels and restaurants reachable by alleys lined with flowers and flowering shrubs, the private beach of the resort was clean, broad, airy. Menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner were varied and broad enough to cover pretty much any preference, even vegetarian, or vegan. Beach amenities include beach volleyball courts, activities (fitness, entertaining by the pool, salsa classes) organised mainly in the afternoon. Entertainers are great, some of then coming from Brazil or Cuba, beautiful dancers, very friendly, very fit, creating a nice holiday atmosphere. Spacious hotel room, with a nice sea view, clean and refreshing. Family friendly resort. Plenty of nice swimming pools. Many bar-points to get some refreshing drinks, they serve you with bottles of cold water upon the request, which I find great and healthy. Staff maintains the cleanliness of all of the areas.

Cons: When we arrived the staff at the reception desk was not very friendly, and even ignored me at check in to favour some Bulgarian people coming with vouchers, which is unusual for a 5* hotel. One of the sinks in the bathroom had a blocked drain plug, we noticed that at the reception after the cleaning agents had tidied up the room but they hadn't addressed the issue and had even left the dirty water in the sink. Receptionist looked like taking it into consideration, but nothing changed afterwards; we had to empty the sink by ourselves and avoid to use the sink with the problems (fortunately there were two in the bathroom). There were not many cosmetics in the bathroom, except one small soap and some liquid soap for shower. The most annoying was the fact that people were allowed to smoke on the terraces where they served breakfast, lunch, dinner, in the open air area for disco, and in the amphitheater area, where, even if they say smoking is not allowed, the rule is not reinforced and a lot of people take smoking permission for granted. Not mentioning that all the time there were a lot of kids around allover the areas, since the resort is family friendly; definitely smoking does not do any good to them too.

Pros: Mic dejun variat, pe toate gusturile. Bucataria de pe terasa unde iti erau pregatite in fata ta ochiuri, omlete, clatite - dimineata, fripturi de porc, pui, peste - la pranz si seara a fost foarte interesanta. Spatiul generos pentru plimbare, atat pe plaja cat si in spatiile verzi amenajate impecabil (gazon, flori, arbusti, arbori).

Cons: Am fost de 2 ori, odata in iunie si odata in septembrie. In iunie erau mai multe beach-baruri de unde puteai lua bauturi, in septembrie doar dintr-un singur loc. Totusi e de inteles, in iunie erau ocupate toate locurile de cazare, in septembrie cred ca doar 20%.

Pros: Hotel frumos și curat, cu multe piscine și plaja proprie. Pentru familiile cu, copii este perfect, noi am avut un concediu reușit aici.

Cons: Desi aveam dreptul sa mâncăm în cele două restaurante din incinta resortului în momentul când am vrut să facem rezervare ne-au spus ca nu mai sunt locuri, deși întrebasem când ne-am cazat iar doamna de la recepție a omis să ne spună ca trebuie făcută rezervarea cu o săptămână în avans dacă se poate🙈

Duni is Duni!

Pros: Locatie superba, venim de peste 17 ani in aceast resort si ne place la.fel de mult. E ideal pentru o vacanta la mare linistita, fara trafic, departe de agitatia orasului, intr o oaza imensa de parcuri, gradini, hoteluri, locuri de joaca, tenis, aquapark, sali de gim, piscine, plaja, restaurante si baruri. O atractie este si showul de varietati de foarte buna calitate. De data aceasta am avut o surpriza foarte placuta alegand Marina Royal ultra all inclusive. E un step up, ne-a placut mult restaurantul cu privelistea catre mare si piscine, faptul ca e mai linistit si mai select decat celelalte (desi mancarea e aceeasi ca la toate celelalte restaurante din complex) si ca exista servire la masa pentru bauturi, iar personalul a fost foarte amabil. Vom reveni.

Pros: Уникален Аниматорски екип, супер тренировки, представления и разбира се дискотека. Браво на екипа!!

Cons: Преди няколко години пясъкът се почистваше с машина, за съжаление все повече хора си заравят фасовете, мислейки, че ще пораснат цигари, но не се получава.

Pros: За втора година сме в Дюни(Марина Роял Палас) и отново прекарахме чудесно. Храната беше разнообразна и вкусна. Стаите се почистваха всеки ден, кърпите също се сменяха всеки ден. Супер доволни сме от камериерките, страхотно си вършеха работата и бяха много любезни. Басейните са чисти и водата в тях беше топла.

Cons: Нямаше станция за кърпи на басейна на Марина Роял Палас, което е много неудобно за хората, които ползват само басейна. Някои от барманите на въшния бар на хотел Марина Бийч се държаха отвратително и се заяждаха с клиентите.

Прекрасное место для семейного отдыха.

Pros: Отличный отель для «ленивого» отдыха. Хорошая еда, Хороший пляж. Всегда есть свободные лежаки. Есть вечерние развлекательные программы.

Cons: Далековато от города. До городских развлечений можно добраться только на такси.
