Pros: The staff was amazing, very helpful, kind, made sure that our stay was comfortable. The room was very clean and the breakfast was really nice. The hotel is really close to the beach - amazing location. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect, highly recommend!

Pros: It is perfect for people who love peace and quiet. The owners are extremely friendly and responsive. The place is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast they offer is divine. At first we were a little skeptical because of some of the negative reviews, but the owners have already taken care of it. There is now the option to darken your room if you need it and they have provided a shortcut so that you don't have to walk 50 meters along the road, past whizzing cars, to get to the beach. Everything was great, I highly recommend it!

Amazing

Pros: It is an amazing location, very friendly people, super nice breakfast and the fact you can take drinks at the pool with very good prices is very nice!

Cons: Just few recommendation, to have the possibility to make the room dark for sleeping. In our apartment where our daughter slept was not possible and there was quite some light coming in. The bed sofa is ok for one or two nights and only for a child, I do not think it is comfortable for an adult. We had a very nice time and these are only recommendations to make it even better!

Pros: Very quiet, no hustle, perfect for a holiday! You have everything you need, all the facilities and services. Breakfasts were amazing!! Various options for each day! Service was exceptional, Nadya was more than a host, we became friends immediately. So glad I met her and I will be back again ❤️

Pros: The owners are very friendly. Nadia is a very good host who will help you with everything . Spas cooks very tasty. I really liked how clean and well maintained it was.

Felt comfortable, cosy and with a personal touch.

Pros: Felt like a boutique private villa — both how the property facilities were managed and being personally attended by the owners

Cons: Soft matts on the beach chairs would be lovely. Spacier parking could be bonus as well.

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! The lady managing the place was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my entire stay, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast served each morning was simply delicious, providing a delightful start to my day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful and hospitable experience. Can't wait to return!

Pros: Before even coming to Sozopol, the hosts were super responsive on Booking chat and called us to confirm the time of arrival. During our stay, they were super helpful and ready to support us with any questions. The room itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool was also very clean, and the whole garden exterior was very relaxing and pleasant. The brekfasts were delicious, and we even got the chance to try the host's homemade banitza, which was great. Overall, I think this place is a true gem in Sozopol with fantastic hosts and great facilities.
