Try it if you like Byzantine luxury with funny shortages

Pros: At first glance a fabulous complex with lots of amenities BUT... also with lots of unbelievable shortages. Loved the evening walks inside the territory which is like a little town. Exceptional sandy beach short walk away!!!

Cons: No privacy on the balcony! No blinds or walls between the neighbours on the balcony. Very poorly equipped kitchen. Missing pans, pots etc., important necesseties like kitchen towels and so on. Toilet seat is two times smaller than the toilet itself which is comical and strange. Absolutely unnecessary security check-points at the entrances and the parking lot, since those booths are empty most of the time without any personell inside.

Pros: Beautiful territory, swimming pool and private beach, two playgrounds for children. Lidl is 4 minutes away by car, Sozopol in 10 to 12 minutes.

I would gladly come back. I just wish I could forget that evening....

Pros: We stayed in a studio that had everything we needed. I really liked the balcony, where we had breakfast every morning. The lady at the reception was very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information. The housekeeping staff was very attentive (with one small exception – under the bed): towels were always changed, and at one point they even folded our clothes nicely 😊. A very kind gesture, for which we are grateful. The complex is clean, beautifully designed, and the pools look impeccable (even though we preferred the beach). The beach was excellent: we always had an umbrella and sunbeds reserved, the sand was very fine, the water clean, and – most importantly – there was no loud music. It was very pleasant and relaxing.

Cons: The rooms would need some minor repairs and upgrades, as you can see they have started to wear out over time. One shelf had fallen, and at the sink the water was leaking along the wall. Under the bed, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Another issue was the noise from neighbors – one evening, a lady with a very loud voice spent hours talking on the balcony, forcing everyone around to hear her stories. Her conversation partner could hardly be heard, but she kept speaking louder and louder. Of course, this is not the hotel’s fault, but a matter of education. The most unpleasant moment, however, happened on the second-to-last evening, when a fight broke out on one of the alleys in the complex, with loud shouting and screaming. A woman was attacked by a man, and I didn’t see any security guard or staff member. I couldn’t find anyone around. I was with my little child and got very scared – I felt the complete lack of security. Even now I shiver when I think about it. From that moment, I no longer dared to go out in the evening, except near the pool area. It is probably a rare situation, but unfortunately I had the bad luck to experience it.

Perfect family vacation

Pros: Perfect for family vacation! The entire complex is full with children from all different age groups.

Cons: If you are without kids, this is not the place for you. There is screams and laughter 24/7. 😁

Pros: Great location and facilities, really good for family with young kids, due to the 4 pools and fast green areas and walking paths. All restaurants on site are really good.

Cons: Flat,corridors and lifts were not well cleaned, flat offered very basic kitchen equipment, e.g. no microwave. All bars and restaurants were very very overpriced, more expensive than the beach bars.

Pros: We had very nice and relaxing stay at the property. The Beach was amazing, I can only recommend to visit. Thank you!

Great modern and safe resort. Perfect for families.

Pros: The resort is nicely spread out with variety of pools, playgrounds, restaurants etc. Close proximity to the beach which is also well maintained. Apartments are well equipped, and cleaned daily.

Cons: The area between the resort and the beach could be tidied up.

Great place for family vacation

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean. The whole complex is perfectly maintained, quiet and with great recreational area nice for walks, sport activities, etc. The access to the beach and the free umbrella plus 2 sun beds was very convenient. The beach area managed by Green Life was extremely clean with many options for food and drinks. The staff at the reception was very polite and they allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier when we arrived.

Cons: There was no such thing. Maybe the only reco I can give is that the bathroom needed some refreshment. The door seemed a bit damaged/swollen by the moisture.

Pros: Great beach, clean water, comfy beds, very pleasant location for evening walks as well. Good restaurants and quiet area.

Great Family friendly place for a holiday

Pros: Great facilities to use in the resort pools, restaurants, kids playgrounds, etc. The private beach was close by and easily accessible. Very helpful staff with requests prior to arrival and upon checkin.

Cons: Parking was very far away from reception. My partner requested a few times to be dropped off or picked up by a bell boy, which was nice, however after a few times they told him he was abusing the service, while the guy wass sitting in the lobby on his phone.
